I liked the app
I liked the app, but think it can be improved by saving what I log on a daily basis as opposed to deleting it after a day or two, and leaving what they think I should be eating.

You all went above and beyond to help get my refund to me. I have been so worked up and had to cancel other ones the past 2 weeks. I had to end up with a new phone to start all over with and many safe guards on it and I'm keeping it very basic.

Terrible Support
I downloaded the app and it seemed complicated, so I canceled. Or so I thought. Then I find a charge from them for $62.99, and I immediately contacted their support to get the charge reversed and ensure my ‘subscription’ was cancelled. They replied that they couldn’t refund the $62.99. This similar issue has popped up with other apps and they were able to help and get any charges made the same day as cancellation reversed. That’s why Formula Care gets a 1 star from me.
