I purchased the product/app support in error. My fault completely. I reached out to their customer support team and was completely surprised at how quickly they sent in the cancellation and refund. I wasn’t impressed that after I purchased one plan I had to sign up for a second charge and couldn’t work out how to avoid the payment for the second section or part of the program
