I enter data for any daily time period at the time convenient to me. I track my eating and activity events off line then enter when convenient for me. I don’t have the desire to be chained to an app timeline. Nor do I want to be bothered with continuous review requests and marketing efforts.

Since you prefer to use the app without reminders, you can turn off notifications completely by going to your Profile, opening Notifications, and disabling them. The food logs are quite good
The food logs are quite good, and allow you to add in foods based on bar codes, product names, etc. my biggest misgiving is that I’m doing Keto, not carnivore so some suggestions are not helpful, particularly as I try to transition to a low GI diet.

This way, you’ll receive recommendations and a Meal Plan that are better suited to the diet you’d like to follow. You can also revisit this setting whenever your preferences or goals change and select a different option that works better for you.
