Absolutely amazing service
I don't usually write reviews, but the team at Formuland deserves it. Ordering baby formula online can make you anxious, but their team makes the entire process seamless. They are always fast to reply, super helpful with stock questions, and incredibly polite. You can tell they actually care about their customers. I won't buy my formula anywhere else!

Always an excellent experience
Always an excellent experience! Our formula is hard to find, and Formuland almost always has it in stock. I had an issue with a can (at no fault to Formuland), and they quickly remedied the issue. The person I emailed with was so very nice and helpful. Faithful customer. Highly recommend! Thank you 🙏🏻

Best Customer Service
Reached out in regards to needing formula for my little one and they helped me better understand the differences between each formula. I was able to then place an order which should be here in a few days. Also their customer services and their response time is pretty quick vs waiting for days for someone to respond.

Baby formula order_ quick and easy
I needed to order formula for my grandson who would be visiting with his family from Chicago. The ordering process was very easy and the shipment arrived in time. Thank you! I know my daughter has been getting her formula from your company for months and highly recommended I order from you. I only needed that one order and am grateful to your company for making it easy and for delivering promptly.

Poor customer service
I think this company has a good supply, but when I have an issue with a large and expensive order that expired two months after arrival and asked for a partial replacement they refused.
No where on their website does it tell you the expiration date of the pre made formula and when it arrived I was surprised it was so soon otherwise I would have not made such a large purchase.
This was several months ago and since I have stopped shopping with formuland.

Hi Sarah, thank you for sharing your feedback. We are truly sorry to hear about your experience and understand how disappointing it is to feel rushed using an order. Because Ready-To-Feed formulas have a naturally shorter shelf life due to their delicate, preservative-free ingredients, we make sure to note this on our product pages. However, we regret that this wasn't clearer during your purchase and that our resolution left you unsatisfied. We appreciate your past support and will use your feedback to make product details even more prominent for all parents.

Have had nothing short of an amazing experience ordering my babies formula every month from Formuland. They have the most incredible customer support, to the point where they reach out to me when it looks like a package hasn’t been delivered yet to ensure I know its whereabouts. Hard to find this level of customer service in today’s world. Cannot recommend Formuland enough! They truly are the most kind, thoughtful, and genuinely helpful team over there and you will be in great hands ordering for you little one.

Awesome customer service support!
I don’t have a mail box where I live so I typically use my PO Box when having things shipped or mailed to me. While waiting for my order the Formuland Team reached out to me via email to let me know they don’t ship to PO Boxes for international orders (which is totally understandable). They reached out to FedEx for me and resolved the issue immediately! I received my order the next day. Their response time was super quick and they provided me updates along the way! I am super happy with the way they handled everything. They have a great customer service team! I will definitely be ordering from Formuland again!
