Fast shipping and delivery!! I’ve been switching formulas for my little one and I decided to try HiPP. I found this website and will continue to use it as my primary online store to purchase my baby’s formula. Order was also well packaged and they added a few goodies in with my order!! Safety and Quality Problems
I ordered HIPP ready to feed formula from organic’s best. The formula arrived and had orange residue under some of the tops and on some of the bottles. I didn’t notice this until after I’d already fed some to my baby. I reached out to customer service with my concern and they said they’d get in touch with HIPP directly. It’s been almost two weeks and they have not provided me with any answer on what this residue is and whether it poses any safety risk to my child. They just keep saying that HIPP is investigating and, as of most recently, are completely ignoring my emails when I follow up. This is obviously a huge safety and quality issue for any formula let alone ready to feed which should be sterile. I’d give zero stars if I could.
To be honest, I’m skeptical that they even reached out to HIPP with my concerns. When I asked them to send me their correspondence with HIPP they redacted the email address of the recipient for “confidentiality” reasons. It’s all very suspicious to me.

Great formula
Have been using Holle for now my second child after trying other conventional formulas and honestly love it - baby has less spit ups with it and seems to like the flavor much more.
