They offer some good deals once in a while that make the exorbitant cost of a product (20 Euro in Germany = $50 here? what?) a little more reasonable. They do have excellent shipping times and overall good service with the products that I do want, even when they're expensive.

Got here just in time!
I was anxious about how quick my order would take to be delivered since I ordered on a Saturday and our baby’s transition to whole milk did not go to plan. I was on my last can when I realized I needed to give my baby more time to wean. My order was delivered by Tuesday night and I’m so thankful for the speedy delivery. Happy with the reliable service!

Love their service and options of Holle food pouches for my littles. I’ve been getting stuff for my kids for 4.5 years now with all 3 littles. The hipp fruit pouches are prettty good. The kids love it and I trust it.

My order (#363750OB) was stolen off our porch minutes after delivery, which we have confirmed on our security camera footage. I reported this to support right away, but have not received a response or resolution regarding a replacement shipment. Given this is baby formula, getting this resolved urgently is critical for us.
Update: Support reached out and sent a replacement order, which has arrived. I appreciate the team resolving this quickly once connected, especially given how critical baby formula is for our family. Original issue with stolen delivery resolved smoothly.

I prefer a formula that is not fortified with iron, which is impossible to buy in the States. Organic's Best provides an organic formula that includes the recommended amount of iron for an infant of 6m without "overdosing" on it—I see no need to provide extra.
Organic's Best also provides fast shipping. I've never had a problem receiving an order.
