Formuland Reviews

Fast and reliable service, always. I’m just at the end of our formula journey and missed the date for cancellation. They were very helpful with cancelling my order and subscription. Was really appreciative because the order was being processed and it is a lot of money. Thanks for much for being something I could count on for both my little ones first years.

Thank you for your support and for arranging the formula to be sent overnight. It really means a lot to us at this difficult time. We are truly grateful for your care and help.

Formuland are very attentive and quick to respond to any issues with orders or subscriptions. I had a lot of issues working with another formula company but when I found Formuland it was like a breath of fresh air!

I had an order of 4 boxes of Holle Goat stage 1 that unfortunately were damaged by shipping (they were wet and lost their vaccum/seal). I took pictures and send it to costumer service and they immediately responded and send the order again. I am very satisfied with their service. Will definitely continue ordering from them!
Thanks !

I'm very happy with products and customer service, they are great. Thank you.

Wonderful customer service! I accidentally used my company's credit card for a recent purchase as a mistake. I emailed the team asking to cancel so I could make the purchase with my personal credit card. Their response was immediate and the order was cancelled. It's rare to receive such a quick response and I appreciated the team leaning in to help without having to go back and forth. This type of support gives me the peace of mind and I'll continue to purchase from this site.

We have used Formuland for over three years to purchase baby formula Hipp for our daughter. The service is super fast and we happy to be able provide our baby with formula that is safe and free of harmful chemicals. Thank you Formuland for making it easy for us!

I appreciate the fast, reliable shipping. Also a fan of their rewards system and easy reordering process.
Our baby has been doing well with Hipp Goat milk. She had a sensitive tummy and struggled a bit with colic but things finally settled. We did a consult with TinyHealth and they recommended a personalized protocol based on her stool sample. One of those included adding an HMO (naturally found in breastmilk) to this formula.

Top-Notch Formula & Even Better Customer Service

After losing my breastfeeding supply, I found myself on an emotional rollercoaster trying to find the best possible alternative for my baby. I refused to settle and did extensive research — and that’s how I found Formuland’s goat milk formula. Goat milk formula is widely regarded as the gold standard for babies who need formula, as it’s closer in composition to breast milk than cow’s milk alternatives, gentler on tiny digestive systems, and rich in natural nutrients. Formuland’s formula stands above the competition in its class — the quality, sourcing, and transparency of ingredients gave me the peace of mind I desperately needed during such a hard season.

Now, the customer service story — because it honestly blew me away.

I accidentally placed an order for too many Stage 1 containers when I needed to adjust my order. I sent an email on a Saturday morning, fully expecting to hear back on Monday at the earliest and nervously watching the clock worried my order would ship before anyone saw it. Within less than an hour, I had a real, thoughtful response. By that same afternoon, my original order was fully cancelled — on a Saturday. No hassle, no runaround, just genuine care and fast action.

They didn’t just solve my problem. They eased my anxiety during an already stressful time. That is rare. That is exceptional.

I am a customer for life, and I will tell every parent I know. Thank you, Formuland. 🤍

It helped me a lot that they have the formula available and the shipment was fast

The product came when promised and the pricing was better than competitors!!!
Great service!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Formuland and their incredible support they have provided to our family. Their customer service team has been compassionate, understanding, and truly dedicated to helping parents find the best solution for their little ones. It is rare to find a company that combines excellent products with such exceptional care. Their willingness to help and accommodate our needs speaks volumes about their integrity and commitment to families and children.
I highly recommend this company to any parent looking for both quality products and outstanding customer service.
Thank you FORMULAND for making a positive difference!

They have the absolute best customer service! I also have had no issues with damaged cans which was a major concern of mine order formula overseas. Quick shipping and just an amazing company overall.

Formuland has been absolutely incredible throughout our entire formula journey! Unbelievable costumer service. 10/10 would recommend

The best customer service!!! They promptly respond to your question. They listen and provide the best customer service. As you know, buying a formula can be difficult as babies may not like the formula you may purchase. I am 100% satisfied with the customer service that they provide.

I never have issues ordering formula through formuland. Always ships fast and comes on time. Can’t express anything but gratitude. Thank you

Although the shipment was coming from Europe the delivery was fast and the purchasing process was quick and easy.

This is my second time writing a good review for this company. I’ve been happy with their help in choosing formula and exchanging while we figured it out. This time I had a can come broken. They immediately refunded me and apologized. I truly appreciate such an easy process. We will continue to be loyal customers!
