The food is amazing and my dogs love…
The food is amazing and my dogs love it, it makes their hair a lot better and keeps it shiny. It did however take 3 weeks to come even though I paid for the 3-5 delivery

Reliable supplier of quality dog food
The Akela dog food arrived quickly, after I had made a mistake ordering it. I was able to make the change and was quickly refunded. I shall return for further orders.

Considering it was Xmas and nowhere else had any stock, the order was fulfilled promptly and at a reasonable cost. I will be using them again!

Fantastic Customer Service, Fast Shipping and a Good Selection of Foods that are Actually in Stock
I needed some Akela small paws puppy food fast as I had a new puppy arriving.
I ordered it from Petz NI and even though I live in England, it’s arrival date was faster than other companies.
Emma was extremely helpful and emailed me back on 27th December despite it being a bank holiday. I was concerned I had bough the wrong sized food, but Emma quickly put my mind at rest by confirming I had ordered small paws and that it would be shipped as soon as Parcel Force returned to work. I received it the next day and as always, Parcel Force we’re extremely helpful and friendly. As I had paid for express delivery, I was refunded this as it had been ordered over the Christmas bank holiday.
I would highly recommend Petz NI who have fantastic customer service, different payment options including PayPal and different shipping options.
I intend to continue to use Petz NI for my puppy food.

Emma is very quick with preparing our orders usually ready to collect two hours after placing the order which is terrific!
Great wee business with lots of choices for our wee lurcher pup. He loves his cow ears and JR treats and Emma is great with giving advice. He goes to the groomers nextdoor and can't get him to walk past without wanting to go in.
