Avoid, avoid, avoid!
I ordered two bags of dog food on 19th May. The website says to expect to receive orders between 5-7 days. Taking into account bank holidays, it’s now way beyond that time and no sign of the food. The tracking link says order received but no sign of dispatch. I’ve emailed both the help and sales email addresses and both bounced back as unknown. I’ve rung the number listed on the website numerous times - different times of the day and also including messaging via WhatsApp- and the phone rings out or eventually cuts off. Messages unanswered.
I can only assume this is a scam website. Avoid at all costs!

four weeks for delivery,did not answer emails and i had to pay Royal mail for delivery which the sender did not pay.This was my first time using this company and it will be my last.

Great product, as described, the dog loves it.

Very poor service - placed an order, got confirmation mail, rang a week later to see where it was and was told sorry we missed your order and anyway we don’t have any stock to fulfil your order. Disappointing as tried to support local small business

I placed an order for dog food which was confirmed via email. One week later it still had not arrived and when I called up they apologised that it had been missed......and anyway they don't have it in stock so she can refund me. Terrible service which is disappointing as I try to support local. I cannot recommend this company at all.

Quality food which my dogs loved. As they prefer having raw foods that are chunky and not mushy. Very impressed and my dogs loved the food.😊

Where is my order? I have had no contact about my order from weeks ago yet the money has been taken from my account

No issues with the company that sold the item. But the spray itself is not working for my dog so it's been an expensive purchase.
