After being a customer of a rival brand for close to 20 years i was wary of changing but Duncan has made the transition very easy and im very pleased and impressed with my new machine. When my old machine broke down and the part was not available for 5 weeks i knew i had a choice to make. I called Duncan and he helped me every step of the way. This is our 5th Chipper, all off which have been fantastic machines from St6p, St8p and a Tracked TR8 (most recent).
My main reason for continuing to purchase Forst, is because, should there be any mechanicle issue (which is rare) the Forst team will have rhe problem resolved within 24hrs.

I was in great need of a new tracked chipper recently ,Matt ensured he cheched his stock and had a brand new machine with me within 3 weeks. They bought my old machine, and deliverd the new one to where we were working, to prevent any down time
I really so no reason why you should chose any other brand.
