Definitely recommend lovely purchase
Ordered rose gold chanel earrings. They are lovely. Smaller in real life which actually look more dainty and pretty. Pretty studs.

Amazing service great bracelet
Bought a tiffany bracelet for my daughters18th initially I struggled to pay on my credit card but once it went through the bracelet came the next day as new and she’s chuffed to bits . I will definitely use you again

Poor quality Tiffany bracelet
My husband bought a Tiffany bracelet in good faith for a Christmas gift. Unfortunately the bracelet is not in good condition (scratched) and did not fit. It cost him £400 and now because of their narrow return window (14 days) we are stuck with a bracelet we do not want and there is no option provided by the company to do anything. No exchange offered. The only thing that they say is that if you buy it back, they will look at it and then offer an amount that they see fit. This is totally unscrupulous. Avoid this company at all costs.

Hi Sara, Thanks for your review. We do have a clear returns policy and Tiffany items are not all in a brand new condition. Tiffany have no suppliers world wide and our prices reflect this along with item descriptions and images. We would happily of accomodated a return if it had been inside of our policy. We do buy jewellery so please get in touch should you be looking to want to sell.
1 star is too many for this company…
2nd update. You stopped answering my emails which is why I haven’t returned it. What will happen if I send it back to you? I know it can only be fixed by being welded which isn’t acceptable. I only had it 2 months before it broke and can’t understand why you refuse to give me a full refund. Update following the response from the company. I offered to return it for a refund. You refused. I have taken it to 3 jewellers who said it can only be fixed by welding 2 of the ball joints together which changes the whole reason I bought the ring. £200 for an item that was worn 4 times in less than 3 months is unacceptable and you should provide a refund. There is no point me paying to return it for you to “look” at it only and tell me what I already know. I’d happily send back for a refund. You could get it welded and sell on again stating the condition. £200 is a lot of money for a ring to be worn 4 times! 1 star is too many for this company unfortunately. I bought a Gucci ring £200 without realising it was preowned as you don't have to view that information before purchasing. The ring broke within 3 months but the jewellers refused to provide a refund and subsequently ignored my emails to them. If they were confident that the item could be mended then they should have been prepared to refund me and take the item back. Afterall, they pride themselves on selling pre owned items. This is the most unhelpful retailer I have ever bought anything from and will not use them again and would anybody to think twice and find somewhere else.

We responded promptly to your email some time back requesting that you send this to us so we can assess it, but you failed to do so meaning we can't do anything. You had had the item and worn it for a number of months. An assessment was needed of the item in store which hasn't been possible to do as you havent sent it to us as we asked you to do so.
I had ordered from here last year just…
I had ordered from here last year just before Christmas for my daughter’s birthday which was in the new year. My money had been taken but unfortunately they emailed to say the necklace I ordered was out of stock. I was dubious about ordering again, but my daughter is 21 in a week’s time and the jewellery is a good price. It came quicker than expected and it’s amazing. Better than what I ever thought it could be considering its second hand.
Brilliant company which I will be using again. Thank you.
