I was so impressed with the service from Foxhills Jewellers and in fact phoned them to tell them on the day I received the goods. The quality and look of the silver necklace with cubic zirconia pendant looks even better in the flesh! It is a gift for my niece but I think I will be ordering another one for me!! I showed my neighbour and she has already placed an order for the same necklace and earrings to match! Thank you and well done Foxhills - love it!

Bracelet came promptly ,beautifully packaged ,unfortunately it was too small so had to return it !! I emailed foxhills and I sent it back for a refund ,which I've just received ,she it didn't fit as I'd bought it for myself for my 70th birthday .. great service

I, along with another customer, had to wait for a few minutes to be served while the 2 assistants sat discussing work. Not an ideal start. I said was interested in some earrings in the shop window and was surprised to be asked if I was looking to buy them before the assistant went to get them! However when the tray of earrings arrived, both assistants were very helpful choosing the right ones and I ended up buying more gifts than I intended. There is a lovely range of classy jewellery to suit all ages in this shop. I will buy from here again.

Lovely item I gave it only 4 stars as the cost of delivery for a Tiffany link extension for a bracelet was ridiculous perhaps it was the huge shoe box it was sent in that explained the cost.

Arrived next day. The item was was perfect, thank you. Will definitely purchase from you again.

Excellent service from Foxhills jewellers. Great communication through the chat service. Jo was brilliant and was very happy to send me more photos of the clover bracelet and Bubble ring that I was interested in. Very fast delivery and beautiful packaging. This was a delightful service. I bought three items altogether and will definitely be buying more.
There are some wonderful items to choose from on their website and I highly recommend this jewellers.

I did nor receive my Oder , I called to speak to a lady called Kirsten who said hat manger Joan will look into it and call me ,she did not .I called and spoke another sales person before I call finish explaining ,she put the phone down on I’m really stress and disappointed for paying for an item .I hand notification to say it has been delivered I have know idea when and where this item was delivered Kind Regards Rev Elesi
