Our company with 20+ licenses is a Foxit Customer and we have neither received support through a phone line or the chat function.
This is the worst value for money we have seen in years; would not recommend.

I would absolutely give 5/5 stars for CVISION technologies. I used their PDFcompressor software to digitize scanned documents that contain datasets. Instead of manually entering each data point into a database, I simply run the documents through the processor and then copy and paste the data. Not to mention, their customer support is really helpful, as I was having problems getting the right settings. The agent helped me through the issue, and suggested settings to make the process more efficient. All in all, this software has saved a lot of time!

I use the PDF Compressor. It really compresses the document. Fast and easy. Be sure to test it out with the software you use to make sure the compression does not cause an issue.

Excellent, fast support. They have a thorough knowledge of their product, along with the vast array of configurable options, and pre-sales support proved useful for the demo of the application. The product does exactly what it says, runs as a system service in the background, and significantly compresses black-and-white pages to the low kilobyte range with OCR. It will save us time importing and accessing the documents in our Electronic Medical Records system.

We recently had several questions regarding improvements to OCR abilities with our implementation. The support team was well informed and responded very quickly to our questions and requests. Overall good experience. Not that it works right off the box. Once done then it works great. They certainly can improve there licensing model a bit more so that it can work off of network.
