I had reached out to Andrew from FPSG on LinkedIn as I was in the market for a new role, and from day 1 the experience with FPSG has been excellent. After a phone call, tailored roles were provided with detailed descriptions of each jop spec. Andrew then went on annual leave, but not before handing me over to his colleague Ciaran, who continued the 5 star experience.

We continued the process and was offered the tailored role within a week. Andrew had came back from his annual leave and offered me his congratulations.

I recently connected with Michael Taggart who has been helping me secure a new contract role. It became immediately apparent that Michael takes a much more bespoke and personal approach to recruitment - in an industry that sadly adopts a "stack them high, sell them quick, bums on seats" mentality. Michael is a breath of fresh air!

Professional yet personal. The prefect combination

I was first contacted by FPSG while planning my return home to Scotland, after living in Australia for 2 years. This was during the pandemic, so organising the documentation for a public sector role while navigating flight cancellations and quarantine rules was a daunting task!

Michael Taggart and Richard Puglisevich went above and beyond to help me get everything organised. FPSG have been incredibly helpful and flexible during my time with them so far and I would highly recommend them as a great agency to work with.

FPSG got in touch with me when I was looking for a user research role. Despite other recruitment agencies saying I wasn't qualified (and I had lots of relevant experience), they put me forward successfully and were supportive, helpful and clear in the help they gave me.

Six months later I'm now promoted in role. They believed in me and I'm only too happy to recommend them.
