I am a first time user of the service. I ordered a photo for my wife for Mother’s Day. When it arrived, it was beautiful, but the photo I sent was admittedly dark, and the transfer was dark as well. I contacted customer service and they replaced the picture, free of charge, with a lighter version that was spectacular! This company stands behind the product they produce

Great product and customer service. After my order was stuck in NC for a week, I reached out to the support team. Not only was my shipping cost refunded, but a replacement was sent out the next day.

I submitted a picture that should have been darker. When I sent it to fracture they said it was a good quality print. Unfortunately it washes out my mother in law’s face. I have several fracture prints in my house. This was the first one that a simple fix was not suggested. This was a Mother’s Day gift so that made this miss even worse.

My Mom loved her Mother’s Day gift! It’s definitely a quality keepsake that she’ll cherish forever.

Structurally great. The high res pic I submitted was pure black and white. Yet, some areas of the print came out slightly blue. I’ve done color with this service before and they were acceptable. Maybe steer away from b/w

I will never ever buy a framed picture again when I can have my own original!!

The 2 prints look mostly good but they came in a much larger size than I ordered. I emailed Fracture 3 days ago but haven’t heard back.

Fantastic quality. Easy editing tools that gave professional results right in the order. Surprisingly simple hanging process. Overall a fantastic experience & product.

The prints I received are lovely and I’m displaying a wall of glass photos of my children and grandchildren.. luvvvv

UPDATE: They sent me SPAM this morning (Thursday), making their claim of stopping the SPAM on Monday a lie. I used profanity only because I asked several times for them to stop the SPAM, and they started sending it every day. They provoked my angry response. (More reason to avoid them consumers.) Find another provider. Look at how they are treating me...

ORIGINAL POST: We have used this company several times. The work is acceptable, but many people online are reporting poor quality work lately. My problem with this company is the simple fact that they send you spam constantly after you make a purchase. There is no phone number and they will not respond to email. There are other companies that do the same work for less. This consumer recommends to buy elsewhere.

It was a gift for my friends. I have to say that they were very pleased and loved the pictures.

I absolutely love the Pressed Floral Prints from Fracture. The artwork is beautiful, delicate, and meaningful, and the quality feels elevated in person. I chose several florals that represent special birth months and memories in my family, and they created the sweetest little gallery wall in our home.

I especially love that they are printed directly on glass. It gives the artwork such a clean, refined look and makes the colors feel soft but still vibrant. They arrived ready to hang and were very easy to install. Such a thoughtful gift idea for Mother’s Day, birthdays, or anyone who loves meaningful, personal decor.

My photo came back more beautiful than I had thought. I plan to use Fracture again. Love the results. They did a great job packing and shipping too.

Quality of the photos and materials are great. My only suggestion for improvement is to allow more sizes, specifically more wide formate rectangle sizes. I would love to have some of my landscape photos done by Fracture, but the limited sizes crop off significant portions of the photo. (Would love to see some 12x24, 20x40, 24x48, etc.)

I have ordered from Fracture before and really liked the quality. Some of the prints this time look overexposed and horrible. They immediately replaced them and fixed them to look so much better! Their satisfaction guarantee is worth it. I will order again
