Here's the thing, print quality - great. Making the product, ordering and receiving it, also great. We made two orders. Customer support - non existent. Literally. I had a simple question related to the print settings, which competitors provide in their FAQ, result was - no reply on numerous emails, twice promised a call back, then nobody picked the phone ever again. Reached out via Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, more emails. Absolutely no reply. Nada. Zero. Nothing. All in all, in the span of a month they promised 3 times I'll get an answer 'soon' from the right team, 2 months later I haven't heard anything from anyone. I even spoke to the CEO, hoping he will acknowledge the atrocious customer support his company is providing, he also assured me I'll get an answer soon. This was two weeks ago. Gaslighting is one thing, this is a whole new level. If it's internal information, just say No. I'd moved on already. We wanted to make more orders with Inkifi, now I'll be sure to skip to be honest.

I ordered a flat lay photo book from a holiday as a gift, I had spent time looking for what company was the best option to get a single photo book printed at a high quality print and inkifi seemed to have good reviews about print quality which was the main priority for me along with the paper quality.
The paper quality lived up to my expectations and the books presentation did too, however I was really disappointed in the print quality detail and sharpness of my photos, especially for the price.

I normally have photos printed at a photoshop locally and add them to an album and I thought a book would be a nicer option for a gift and hoped the quality would have been to the same standard and it really wasn’t.

My photos are shot on a canon 5d mark II in raw and edited in Lightroom and exported at max quality, so there really shouldn’t have been an issue there.

I was planning on doing this more frequently but unfortunately I won’t be ordering again.

I recently discovered inkifi and was absolutely impressed by the quality of the prints. I've used many other printing companies and this one is one of my favorites. I loved everything I've gotten so far and the shipping rates are very reasonable compared to other printing companies.

Fairly easy to upload the photos once I got the hang of it.
Bought two large photo frames. One for my mother's 90th Birthday and the other for my partner's birthday.
They are superb quality. The pictures are clear and well laid out.
Delivery is quick and the parcels well packed. Delighted.

I ordered a large framed picture that featured a collage of photos of my 6-month old son (laid out as 30+ small squares that made up a large rectangle) for my wife for her first Mother's Day, and she absolutely loved it.
