Order some prints for my daughter's 40th party. Ordering was super easy and they arrived super quick.
The prints are amazing, excellent quality & very clear. I’m extremely happy with them. Oh not to forget the price…so reasonable compared to other sites!

Ordered a moments frame after seeing an advert on Instagram - designing and ordering was very simple, and quality of the final product was excellent.

I needed a photobook for my grandma who wasn't able to attend our wedding due to dementia and the journey being too much for her. There was an issue with the order (went through in the wrong format) and I was concerned it wouldn't be here in time. But after contacting Tom he sorted everything out for me and even made sure my order arrived in time. My grandma loved the photobook, thanks Inkifi! Would definitely use their service again.

I purchased a credit for the large grid photo frame, taking advantage of a discount on offer. I was able to take my time selecting and deselecting photos to include over several months.
The printing and framing is excellent. The frame was protected,
well packed and the care taken to deliver it is worth the charge.

I just received my order, and ive come to the end of the book and the hardcover at the back is ripped…for the price I paid I’m not happy with that and the quality

My experience with Inkify was extremely disappointing.
The first book I ordered was a hardcover photo book, and the print quality was shockingly poor. Images throughout the book appeared blurry and pixelated - including backgrounds from their own templates. Even high-resolution photos taken by a professional photographer looked low quality in print.

On top of that, margins I had carefully aligned in their design tool were swallowed into the binding, causing parts of several photos to be cut off. The preview tool was misleading because it did not accurately reflect how much space the binding would consume in the final product.

When I contacted customer support, they did offer a full refund if I returned the book, which I appreciated. However, their responses felt defensive and dismissive. They repeatedly insisted there was no issue with the print quality on their side, implying the photos themselves were at fault and that I should simply have anticipated the binding problem.

I then reordered the exact same project as a layflat book with similar dimensions. To my astonishment, the photos suddenly looked sharp and high quality - clearly proving the original hardcover print had serious quality issues. However, even this second book had random printing problems, with white caption text inexplicably printing yellow in several places despite being correctly set to white in the project.

I contacted customer support again, mainly to point out that the dramatic improvement in photo quality confirmed there had been a production issue with the first book, and that they should investigate it to avoid other customers experiencing the same frustration.

Again, the response was blunt and defensive. They argued that the second product was a different book type, so differences in print quality were “normal.” But I was not referring to minor differences - I was referring to severe blurring and pixelation, which should never occur in any premium photo book product.

Overall, this was a very poor customer experience. The biggest issue was not even the printing mistakes themselves, but the customer service: defensive, dismissive, lacking empathy, and seemingly uninterested in investigating legitimate quality concerns.

The only reason this is not a 1-star review is because they did at least agree to refund the original book.

Extremely happy with the Polaroid prints - easy to upload, edit and the quality is superb! Fast delivery too.
Ordered for my daughter’s 18th birthday party - they looked amazing hanging from ribbon and balloons. Everyone commented on them.

Have used Inkifi 3x now for smaller style prints. Very happy with the results as well as the process. It’s easy to upload and adjust framing not only on your laptop but also directly from your phone. Price is great and shipping quick considering.

This has been a great way to get photos printed for my scrap books and baby book.

Inkifi turned my 35 chaotic Istanbul cat photos into a beautiful framed print. The upload and design process was simple and easy to follow, the service was quick and efficient, and the final quality was excellent. fast delivery, ordered at lunchtime. received next day afternoon. also very good quality photo book

I had to make a photobook for a leaving present, with very little turnaround time. Could they really get it back to me in 2 days? Yes they did... I was nervous opening the parcel in case there was some issue with the quality... the pictures would be too dark, the size would be wrong... not a bit of it! Absolutely superb.

One little thing, for other designers working to exact measurements: the sizes of pictures come out somewhat smaller than the artwork supplied, relative to the A4 format, so the margins are wider than I calculated, but it looks fine, and much better that way round than the opposite. It's so smart!

The framed photos are both high quality and incredible value. Robust and delivered very quickly. Recommended.

Have just opening the well packed large 240picture collage that I ordered. It is amazing and I am now working on a second and probably third frame to match. The App was easy to use and the communication from Inkifi was great. Thank you for making my memories look amazing!
