I've ordered many times from FractureMe.com. My recent order was lost by the carrier, so I reached out to customer support and was helped by a wonderful lady named Jessica. And in a heartbeat she solved everything! When a company stands with you like this and doesn't give you the run around? It is certainly worth doing business with, and I certainly will! 👊🏾💯👊🏾

I am totally amazed with the audio option, it was exactly what I was looking for to personalize my picture

The photo was well enhanced, so I was glad I paid attention to the depiction of what it would look like so I could darken it a bit before sending. I was also pleased that the background was filled in from the original photo sent. I don't know that everyone would want that, but I thought it made it better. It also arrived quickly.

New to Fracture! Ordered 2 prints which turned out to be awesome, Great color and pop! Glass rocks! Just wished there could be a much bigger size than what they currently have. The process from order to delivery was topnotch. The package was well protected and packed. All in all an amazing experience and product!

We ordered a print as a gift and the customer service was more than gracious when we found that the customer was less than thrilled with the color. They replaced the print, no questions asked and in this day and age that is pretty amazing. I will definitely patronize this type of behavior.

The product is great and as advertised, but I was particularly impressed with their customer service. I had a problem (entirely my fault) with shipping, and I got a rapid and personal response from Fracture that solved the problem at no additional cost to me. 5 stars!

Fracture’s “Happiness guaranteed” is not just marketing hype, it’s the real thing. My photo was of a foggy day in the Pacific Northwest, so monochromatic and somewhat dark – not an easy image to process. They recommended some adjustments to the image to address that, given their printing process, which they actually did themselves (rather than my having to guess at it). The first printing wasn’t quite right (a too-blue cast). It took two more versions to get a result which I thought was excellent – at no extra cost – making me a very happy customer. This was all done with a very quick turnaround. I had a dedicated support person handling all of this. This is an amazing company.

Great idea.. shipping was perfect. The product is of excellent materials. Letting the consumer express their feelings that are attached to these photos, takes the “card” idea to a new level of precious.

I was quite disappointed in how my photo turned out, it looks like a photo glued to glass, which was not was I was expecting. It if hard to tell it is even a glass print, and for the price, I feel I could have just printed it on photo paper at the drugstore and had the same quality. Not impressed. It was all delivered 5 days late, not the companies fault but glad I wasn’t planning on it for a gift.

I sent a photograph dear to my heart that sat on my phone. Looks great. Hangs easily. Will use them again.

Ordering was easy and the two photos arrived promptly. The quality was very good and the pricing was fair. Highly recommended. I plan to use them in the future.

I placed my second order recently because my 1st order was excellent from ordering to delivery. The quality of the Fracture photos on glass are amazing. Both orders were for birthday gifts for family members and they were wowed by them !

Beautiful frames made very well. Love the choice of hanging with screw or double sided tape. I’ve ordered several times and they are always done quickly. Awesome customer service too.

Not quite what I hoped. I ordered two pictures. One looks pretty good but the one I really wanted doesn’t look as good. I still haven’t hung them yet while viewing them in different places. I guess it would have been better if I’d been contacted before printing as it’s hard to see what an enlarged view will look like. I may have choose to print horizontal rather than vertical. Debating my next move because it looks much better on my phone, which the family feels the same.

I Would Make Another Purchase. Excellent customer service. I bought 2 as gifts and am very pleased with the quality of the print, though one arrived cracked. The company immediately replaced it and delivered it prior to when expected. Good marks all around.

Recd a picture of my husband and I as a gift from my sister. It’s really awesome. Colors really pop on glass. I ordered the stand separately and it came super fast and I love how it holds the picture up perfectly.

The print themselves are absolutely fantastic. I noticed on this latest batch of purchases that the backing was a little bit less robust than previously was. I was able to fix one area that had torn, but when I tried to hang one of them, the keyhole slot ripped very easily. We’re talking like tissue paper.

That said and done the prints, the finish are absolutely world class and they look incredible in my home. I will buy again.

The pictures I had done was one of my wife and I the other of my wife alone. She passed in November 2025. They are both beautiful and so glad I had them done. I had what I thought was an issue taking care of via e-mail including a video of how do it.
