Everything was fine - product price is somewhat outrageous
Everything was fine. Delivery, service etc. My main concern is the product I ordered. The price has more than doubled. I paid over $100CAD for a 50ml bottle. Used to be $60CAD or less for a 100ml bottle. Other places are the same or don’t carry it at all. Why? Is the manufacturer not sending anything anymore because of COVID? Therefore, the retailers maximize the profits of the stock they have? I did an impulse buy and didn’t realize it was 50ml until I received it. Would I do it again? Probably not at the same price.

To address your inquiry about increasing pricing due to a shortage of supply - we DO NOT and would NEVER consider doing this. Our business is based on customer service and we would be out of business in no-time as consumers are quick to catch on to such practices. I personally would be very surprised if any other industry participant were doing this - it's just not worth the couple of extra $'s one would make vs. the potential consumer backlash!
To address our pricing practices - they are complex to say the least, but are largely drive by costs like with any other business. We continually invest our business to better serve the customer. These improvements (while largely recouped over time) impact pricing. You may also note that customers pay no shipping/vat fees (on orders over $50 vs. $175 a few months ago) - this too has a small effect on pricing. There are really too many variables to discuss here but we are like any other business where we look to recoup our costs + achieve a fair profit.
In regards to the manufacturers volumes - we have no insight into this. I'd suggest you reach out to them directly if you're interested. Regards, Chris - President, Fragrance365.ca

Great customer service!
I was sent the wrong product as I ordered a men’s fragrance and the woman’s came instead. The owner Chris got ahold of me quickly, let me keep the fragrance and went above and beyond to obtain the fragrance I had ordered and then sent it to me free of charge. Extremely great customer service; kept me in the loop and gave me shipping information along the way. I will be using them again in the future. Thanks Chris!

STAY AWAY FROM THEM OR YOU WILL REGRET IT.
My story with them have been nothing but regret. Stay away from them as much as you can or else you will regret just like i am doing right now. Apart of the terrible experience, they have extremely rude customer service.
My experience is that i was to go for a trip and i ordered 2 perfumes costing over $300 which was supposed to be as a gift for the trip. Due to shipping delay, i could not get the perfumes before the trip. After i returned, i found the perfumes in my mail box and contacted them to return it and that was where my nightmare began. After sending over 3 emails requesting to return the perfumes, they finally contacted me days later to let me know that they will deduct the return shipping fee and credit the rest into my credit card. I emailed them asking how much the return shipping will be and they quoted me $43.32 to post the perfumes by Canada post back to Ontario from Alberta. That sounded to expensive and like a scam to me and i decided to post it myself.
I requested to post it myself and wanted the mailing address and Mary whom i was talking to told me they can not give out their return address and i only have to do a return through them. That sounded very fishy to me. After several email exchanges in which she was very rude, she finally told me she will need to get permission from her supervisor before giving me the address and she will get back to me the next day. The next day passed and i did not receive any address from them. After several reminder emails, i finally got the address from them 4 days later. i shipped the perfumes back to them and emailed them the tracking number. Today is 5 days since they signed to have received the perfumes and i have not heard from them. i have been emailing them asking when they will issue my full refund an no one is responding to my emails.
JUST STAY AWAY FROM THEM OR ELSE YOU WILL ALSO REGRET IT.

Fragrance 365 has been sold to new owners (myself) and I want to assure you that this type of customer service is not going happen going forward. I cannot speak on behalf of the previous owner (or the owner before the last) but we strive to be as prompt with our communication as possible. We have opened up several methods of contacting us including a chat app, where we are available most hours of the day for order updates and product questions.
