First purchase through this site, I purchased the Kenneth Cole Black for her. Shipping was fast and transaction went well except when I received the product. As the products are indicated to be authentic on the site, I threw the original box but only tested the perfume a few days later, I then realized that the scent is NOT at all the same as my other Kenneth Cole black perfume which is still have the old bottle. The perfume purchased through this site smells like strong alcohol and is not at all comparable to the original perfume. Since I did not keep the original box, I cannot get a refund for my purchase despite the bottle being full and having my receipt. I will not buy from this site again since they were not willing to issue a refund and return the product because the package is not in it’s sealed packaging. 60$+ down the drain.

I had to open original packaging to know the smell of the perfume and how it was not what I was expecting, I was disappointed with the product. Didn’t know there were any different versions, where does it say version 1, 2, 3?

This company is amazing and goes above and beyond to make a positive experience for the customer. Initially the company somehow sent the product to an incomplete address, and it was returned to them. They responded immediately, apologized for the inconvenience and re-sent the product. The emails were very sincere and personal. I would definitely use this company in the future.

The shipping process was unacceptable. When ordering, the system showed that estimated shipping time to BC was 3-5 days. As such, I thought I would have received my package within that timeframe. After two days I received a tracking number for Canada post. I checked the status each day and did not see any update, other than the shipping label had been created. Infact the tracking number gave absolutely no update on the status of the package until after it had been delivered 9 days after placing my order. It was my first time ordering from this online company and I was even wondering if I had been scammed or something like that, because of the misinformation regarding shipping. I'm therefore ambivalent of further transactions with them. Nevertheless fragrances came and are fine.

I bought my first bottle of Chanel NO 5 from Sephora and the second one from Fragrance 365. Delivery was quick, price was 55 dollars less than Sephora and the perfume was indeed authentic. Will order again from Fragrance 365.
