This review is only for the representative I spoke with today. Freedom Solar installed some panels and we ended up with a leak. The person we were working with apparently left the company so I called today to see what was going on. I spoke with Ayana. She was very polite, professional, and courteous. She escalated our issue to the Business Resolution Department who should be contacting us in 2-3 business days.

They sold me a very bad system at a very expensive rate and not producing enough power. To make the matter wors, the inverter has been bad for 3 months now. All summer months and they are not doing anything about it. I am paying double bills. Very horrible customer service. If possible, avoid them totally. My friend has similar experience with them.
