Vicki, Ray, Christina, Adriana, (and there was guy, forgot his name), ALL are exceedingly polite and helpful. Your customer service dept is NOT your weak link. I had an ongoing issue with the interconnection dept. that tried me to the depths of my soul. I don’t mind gate keepers, especially when they are as wonderful as yours, but your ‘no customer interface’ policy with the interior workings of your company is maddening. The Only thing that kept me from getting into my car and beating down Ricky Walkers door (interconnect dept.) were your customer service people. Adrianna and Ray in scheduling deserve so much of the credit for keeping this project moving forward even if only one tiny step at a time.

My project has been delayed for months…
My project has been delayed for months with no timeline for completion given and I have been being harassed to schedule final inspection. Wesley did do a great job on the call call I had with him today but he could not give me a date for completion. He said he will look into it and get back to me within the week. Also he is going to look into why the system as the project listed as waiting for inspection rather than waiting for installation completion.

Freedom Forever is a terrible company
Freedom Forever is a terrible company. Not only their installation process took forever, they also downsized my inverter that makes me still pull power from the grid even when my system and battery is fully capable of supplying the energy to power the house. Then they hide behind their supply guarantee, even if that supply goes to the grid and is unusable.

Customer Service Call was great except…
This customer service call was a five star, their asset control department I would give 1 star. There is no way to contact them except email which they don’t return, and getting anything scheduled takes forever.

The customer service agent was very friendly. Her time estimate to put me on hold was accurate. She provided a thorough update on my case.
