Freedom Forever's Monitoring Hotline
It is great that Freedom Forever has a Monitoring Hotline after being given the permission to operate. Keshia answered questions I had after checking status through an emailed link sent to me. She explained the process clearly and had a very friendly tone to her voice. I feel comfortable now that my system will be productive and is working properly. Freedom Forever is lucky to have Keshia on their team. Thank you!

The company is not doing well
The company is not doing well. I am disappointed in the service I get and the results I have gotten. The only bright spot has been the help I received from Vicki in customer service. She was friendly, pleasant and accomplished solving the problem I called about. She gets a five star review.
