Terrible customer service is an understatement
Writing a second review and if I could give zero stars I would. We started the solar process with Freedom Forever in May of this year. Financing and all paperwork done by early June. Then three months of silence … followed by mediocre customer service telling us how busy they are (meanwhile the Supervisor assigned to us was gone at least two times for company retreats) … weeks of silence and no updates …. and now almost 7 months later we were told today Freedom Forever will not install our panels because there’s no time. To quote our rep “they said no.” Dumbfounded is an understatement. Awful customer service is an understatement.

Solar System Never Activated Company Ignoring Responsibility
We financed a very expensive solar system with Freedom Forever for our Nevada home, which was installed and inspected back in August. Despite multiple inspections and the company marking our project as “completed,” NV Energy confirmed on November 3, 2025, that our solar system has never produced a single watt of power.
We’ve made repeated calls and emails for months — each time we’re told someone will come out, but now the next appointment isn’t until December, with no guarantee of actual repair. The system was installed incorrectly at first, failed inspections, and even after “passing,” it still doesn’t work.
Freedom Forever’s lack of accountability and delays feel deceptive we’re paying for a financed system that was never turned on.
If you’re considering Freedom Forever, proceed with extreme caution confirm your system is generating power with your utility, not just marked “complete” by their dashboard.

No, Solar power a year later …
We agreed to purchase solar through Freedom Forever, financed by ENFIN, with SolarEdge providing the panels, inverter, and battery. It’s been about a year, and while the panels are installed, the battery has been dead for months. Freedom Forever told us they ordered a replacement over a month ago, but we’ve seen no progress and no updates.
What’s worse is that it’s impossible to reach a real person at Freedom Forever anymore — everything goes through an automated AI system that doesn’t resolve anything. We’re paying for solar that isn’t producing power, and no one seems willing to take accountability.
At this point, I would strongly caution anyone considering Freedom Forever to think twice. Their communication and follow-up have been extremely poor, and the service after installation has been nonexistent.

Awesome Solar Company
Freedom Forever is a great solar company & the people that work for them are Awesome & are very professional and know what they are doing. We are very happy with our solar and when we had permission to operate, we did the steps, but our solar wasn’t working which was Friday October 10th and I tried to call and they were closed, so I was going to call back Monday, but when I looked at my cell phone in the morning they said our solar wasn’t working and I would need to call up and set up a appointment and I did and the tech was here today to fix it and it is up and working, which we are very Happy, how prompt they were on detecting the problem and then getting a technician out. We are very Happy with Forever Freedom!
