I have been a member of Freeshipping.com for approximately 10 years and can confidently say that if you shop online, this service will save you money. While some reviews claim it is a scam, nothing could be further from the truth. The company has been in business for over 23 years, and a scam simply does not last that long.

I believe I started using FreeShipping.com back when the monthly fee was only $12.97 a month. It's easy to use even at$19 a month. I do wish that they had 2 types of membership, 1 for less monthly that doesn't include food or food delivery services and the current one that does include food and delivery service discounts. A lot of older people don't order out due to budget restraints and having a membership available that costs more for unused perks,is why a lot of people I know aren't using it. If you do a lot of online ordering it is a wonderful program and you follow through with sending receipts for shipping cashback it's good. Staff helpful and nice always

Great product. I’ve been a member for years. I thought you used to be able to claim shipping for up to 10 non-FreeShipping shopping sites per year. I no longer see that option. Otherwise everything is good.

freeshipping.com has turned into a scam. They consistently and probably intentionally omit rebates every month. By the time you notice and address that with them, they reply that they can't pay for transactions that happened more than 30 days. BS !!!

Hello Hank, all Rebates must be manually submitted as only Cashback is tracked automatically. Shipping, Return and Food Delivery rebates must be submitted with 30 days of the purchase so its a good habit to enter your rebate as soon as you make your purchase. If you're referencing Cash Back, some store take up to 7 days to report your purchase and if it's not in your Savings at that point please submit a Missing Cash Back claim and our team is happy to look into it!
