If I could rate 0 I could. Never received item. ‘Returned to sender’, chased refund and continually fobbed off. Processed a chargeback from credit card company and then miraculously contacted direc... Toon meer

Size guide inaccurate

I used the company's own size guide to judge what size I needed. Despite this, three out of the four items I ordered do not fit, and the company now tells me that they do not offer an exchange service, meaning that although I took advantage of the sale prices, I would need to order replacements at full price. In addition, returns are not even free and I guess that I would have to pay postage again for a replacement order (which I am very unlikely to place in case the fit is poor again). Very disappointing service.

We've not received this kind of feedback regarding sizes before, so we're sorry you were unhappy with the fit of some of the items within your order. The sizing guides are simply that, and are to give you guidance with the most comfortable fit, however we understand everyone's preferences differ & sometimes sizing can be quite personal. That being said, we'll ensure your feedback is passed on for internal review & future consideration.

We're sorry the sale has now ended, this was our Black Friday sale that we did extend for a short while afterwards.

Avoid

Avoid! Ordered a wind breaker jacket for Christmas (ordered December). Only tried on Christmas Day due to it being a Christmas present. Far too short in the arms therefore wanted to send back. To even start the process of sending an item back is like pulling teeth. Then was told due to it being bought in decmeber it couldn't be returned and as I reiterate- It was bought for a Christmas present so was not tried on.
After back and forth emailing, it has been a week and still no reply.

It won't let me reply to your last message. I have sent several messages and no one has got back to me. I have had on reply but nothing else. So you will defiantly have a record of my email and if not- id take a further look into this

Unfortunately we can't see any order details have been linked with the review so we've been unable to look into this, however it's unlikely if you purchased an item in December we'd be unable to accept this back as a return, so we're unsure of the accuracy of the dates provided.

We can advise; in line with all other retailers, we do have a timeframe for returns. Whether this be over the Christmas period or any other time of the year. We're sorry if you purchased your item outside of this timeframe & were unable to return it on this occasion, however we do have to adhere to our polices simply to keep things fair for all customers.

Still not received

Asking me to review a product i still haven't received 8 days after ordering isn't great. Contacted Customer Services after 3 days as the Evri tracking code didnt work. They have said they will send another item out again but I still haven't received it?

V1 running vest

I've purchased a V1 running vest for myself as I had previously bought one for my Wife and was very impressed with the quality, durability and use of the vest. Easy to use and the mobile phone pocket is great.
Definitely recommend this vest!

Ordered a month ago

Ordered a month ago. Still nothing. They reordered for me. But still no product. This was for Christmas

You did fix the 1st order. My issue is with lost 1st order. Which may not be your fault. But another 2 weeks. And taking says cleared customs. That's it. No date or progress. I'll try to be patient

Due to Christmas & New Year, there have been some bank holidays which may have caused a slight delay with the delivery. You can view the parcels whereabouts using the tracking on your dispatch email :)

Excellent experience start to finish

Ordered last week & had an issue with my delivery (courier & tracking problems). Contacted their customer service & had multiple responses within a matter of hours. Resolved after 2 emails on the same day I contacted - at this time of year 10/10!! I now have my order & the quality is incredible. Would definitely purchase again especially after such a quick & helpful experience with their CS team. My new clothing is brilliant too, loving the matching women’s set, need in every colour now 😆. Thank you Freetrain!

Literally don’t order from here.

Literally don’t order from here.
I place an order on the 18th and still haven’t heard anything back so I have no clue if or when my order is coming I’m really disappointed as I urgently need my order but it seems like I won’t be receiving it anytime soon. Plus I contacted the customers service and haven’t heard anything back.

Scam company

Scam company, returned item and said there was lint on the item. They sent a pic and 1 small part of lint which could easily be taken off. Avoid this company

You do not deliver to Slovakia

You do not deliver to Slovakia. I really wanted some stuff, so I had to order it to England first, then have it sent to Slovakia, with was pain in the butt.

Order placed 2023 - money taken but no order received.
Several emails sent & no response. Letter eventually sent out to state Freetrain had gone into administration but are now advertising again.
Further emails sent but no response.

Great products and service.

Really impressed with the service from Freetrain. My order arrived in good time and the products I ordered are excellent quality. The training vest is a great fit and perfect for when I go running. Allows me to carry everything I need. Would definitely order from this company in the future.

Very good service

Very good service, the sportswear is very good quality, well packaged and arrived promptly. I’d certainly purchase more in the future, hopefully tennis skorts and dresses will feature in the future.

Genuine retailer of workout clothing

Genuine retailer of workout clothing. Website easy to navigate and placing an order efficient from start to finish. Items arrived promptly. Training vest was a bargain price in the sale and a great way to get to know whether a good choice or not!!
