All my products have always been on time and well secured. Communication can be tricky in the beginning but immediately they respond then it is flawless and timely. I have never had a concern or worry with their products. Love them..

Avoid at all cost. No morals in the bussiness. After buying products from them, spending month and thousands of £s. They go against their buyers I brought mainly Lattafa. They than block me from selling. What a horrible service. They do not act ethically. I have also found out that they are blocking everyone selling lattafa on tiktok and amazon so they can sell it themselves.

I messaged and they ignored me. How can you be a distributor and sell to your customer than block your customers so you can sell. Disgusting behaviour.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM AND PROMOTE THIS.

I had a really good experience from beginning till the end.
I contacted Lataffa on their instagram account and I was recommended by them to place my order with French Arabian Perfumes.
The customer service its 10/10.
The parcel arrived the very next day and I couldn't be happier with the perfumes I selected.

I have tried a lot of stores for perfumes before and none tops this one. When my order got mixed up they were quick to help me resolve the issue. I would recommend this store to every and anyone.

Not a realiable business at all. Purchased a fragrance next day delivery and have not received it. Received an email by the company saying that they had assigned delivery to Amazon, and any queries should be directed to Amazon logistics?!? Make this make sense. The business is the one who is responsible to contact the courier and ensure that the item is delivered NEXT DAY as promised and PAID FOR. Never purchasing from them again. Incredibly unprofessional, just cowboys selling fragrances online.

My product arrived well packaged and came quickly enough. Perfume was in perfect condition and had zero issues. I can’t complain!

Always a very quick delivery at a great price from this merchant. Lovely warm feel good coffee fragrance that is not sickly & lasts a few hours.

Stay away from this company. They have sent me the wrong item twice in one week. The same item both times. And what they have sent me have been a lot cheaper than i placed. I placed a big order and theyre after care is shocking they just dont care. I am £48 out of pocket. Just a heads up. They are on tik tok

Love the perfume but would have liked a little less choc and more musk 😍

Ordered Sawaar Vanilla Blanc.. Absolutely stinks.. Not if its a bad batch, or its not the authentic fragrance but either way its left me out of pocket and unhappy with my experience.

Sold a FAKE fragrance, smells insipid and off, like its been on your grandmothers dressing table for years. Seller said would not refund or replace as it had been opened and they could not resell
1. How could I tell it was a fake unless I opened and smelt it
2. They MUST not resell as its a Fake
Seller - Frencharabianperfumes were the only people in the UK who had a bottle of Khadlaj Island Dreams - in hindsight a pointer
Item was not as 'As described' or 'Fit for purpose' seller was useless.
Be very careful of Frencharabianperfumes, you have been warned, go to other reputable vendors. I have over 50 bottles of fragrance so have an idea, from various vendors, this is the only bottle I have purchased from Frencharabianperfumes
