I live in Southern California and call with the intention to start Verizon fios services. I was initially unhappy to be told Verizon no longer services the area and have been bought out contractually by Frointer. I was disappointed because the pricing and promotions for the two companies are quite different. After Jeremy, the over the phone associate, helped me and patiently explained the common misunderstanding, he provided me with alternate pricing bundles and eventually we can to an agreement on the best price for our usage. Overall, I am grateful for his patience and willingness to answer all my questions and concerns, he put me at ease and made me feel like I really made the best decision. I stared frustrated and ended with what I believe is a good choice for our household. Thank you.
