This company was the best in price & actually there product is just as good as the others if not better. I had over 6 different companies. I did my due diligence so glad.
Great bunch of lads that fitted the windows & doors. Respected the property. Kept it clean, finish is perfect. This company from start to finish 👌🏼. 1st the sales man to the point no time wasting, not like all the others 1hrs later going through the same thing 10 times. No customer service
No customer service. We had new windows and doors from Frontier windows. The kitchen door could not lock properly as it needed alignment. It cannot lock at the moment, and this is dangerous for the house. It more than a month that I am trying to contact them, but they do not respond despite all emails and messages. The installation was done two months ago and if I call another technician, I will lose the guarantee. Stay away!!!
22/6/2026. Nothing really happened. Just a phone call with promising that someone was going to come. Their concern was to delete the review.
Amazingly bad service.

Really pleased with my new windows and…
Really pleased with my new windows and doors. I had gone ahead with another company but Awais from Frontier came in and offered me a better looking product and a more competitive quote. He gave me a lot more information and didn't seem like he was just after my money, but cared about what he was selling. After going ahead with the the surveyor Vik came out and measured everything for up for me, and gave me a lot of suggestions to improve the ventilation and safety in the property. After installation I've realised how much the windows needed changing. Their fitter Robin was here at 9:00 sharp with all the windows and doors, and worked till late to complete the job. They were tidy, professional and efficient. The house is actually cleaner than when they started in the morning. Great team, great service. If anyone is considering them in the Guildford area you are more than welcome to come to my property to see the final product. Id rate them higher if I could.

Update- Thank you for your reply. For clarity the review is not just related to the delay but bigger issue which is the quality of the output and finish which I have set out below. I'd be very happy to provide more information on this.

Very disappointing experience. The installation took a lot longer than planned. We got home to a job that had been left unfinished, which once completed, they had to return for remedial works because the finish was so poor.
We were not walked through the external finish before final payment, and only discovered the issues ourselves uneven mortar, messy sealing, cracks, damage and obvious poor patch repairs.
We’ve since had to get an independent contractor to fix quite few issues which has added to our cost.
Communication has been poor throughout, particularly from their main person who oversaw the installation and the response to all of the issues was a £50 voucher.
Their customer service and aftercare is poor and difficult to resolve.
To clarify, the delay itself was not the main issue. The concern is the quality of the finish and the need for multiple visits to reach the current position
Would not recommend this company.

Thank you for your feedback. We’d like to clarify a few points to provide a full and accurate picture.
Firstly, we do apologise that the installation took longer than the initial three-day estimate. This delay was due to an unforeseen family emergency, as our lead fitter had a family member suffer a stroke, which was communicated to you at the time. Despite this, we offered to complete the work the following Monday with an alternative team. However, at your request for the work to be completed sooner, the same fitter returned on Sunday to ensure everything was finished as quickly as possible.
Following completion, a small amount of patchwork was identified and was resolved within three days to our usual standards.
Regarding your request for compensation, we have already offered a £50 goodwill gesture. Your request for £500 relates to external painting; however, as outlined in our terms and discussed prior, we do not carry out painting work. Minor making-good is included, but decoration is not part of our service.
While we always aim to resolve matters amicably, we cannot agree to compensation demands of £500, particularly where they fall outside the scope of our agreed work, and we do not consider it appropriate to make such payments in response to the threat of a negative review.
While we regret the delay caused by exceptional circumstances, we acted promptly to complete and rectify all works. We respect your right to share your experience, but felt it important to present the full context.
