I am giving them chance to rectify my issue and provide me with all.the certificate and insurance documents.
I hope the do that promptly.
If not I will explain whole sales tactics they use extremely poor quality fittings. Window not being balanced and a lot more to explain.
I will remove this review if all the issues are handled and sorted.

Good price and service
The guys at Frontier Windows were very helpful throughout all the process.
My wife and I shopped around a lot and started with 5 quotes, their price came second and Anwais and Vik matched the cheaper quote.
We initially booked with them 7 windows to replace our current ones, and once we started our extension project they also provided 5 windows for the project.
There were some communication issues with their installers, but I have to say that they rectified it, and overall our experience was very positive.

I thought it was a great choice to go with this company. They got over 6 windows done in the nick of time. Even after they finished they assured us to check every window for touch ups. Of which they fixed to the best of their ability.

Happy customer
Really happy with the service we received. Sales pitch was good and not pushy didn’t feel forced in to signing up for a product we didn’t want, unlike another well known company we had come round to quote.
They called us when the windows were built and managed to fit us in the next day.
Two installers came to install the windows, they were extremely professional and without a doubt the cleanest work men I’ve experienced, I didn’t even need to hoover after they left.
Windows are good quality and look very smart.
Highly recommend.

Avoid Frontier Windows – Poor Quality, Communication & Customer Service
If you're considering Frontier Windows, think twice. We had several window replacement companies quote for our project, and unfortunately, choosing Frontier Windows was a mistake. The entire experience was frustrating, unprofessional, and stressful.
Poor Communication & Customer Service
From the start, communication was a major issue. After installation, they agreed that I could withhold £50 until a wrong window handle was replaced, promising to rectify it the following week. However, weeks went by with no follow-up or response. Despite multiple attempts to reach them, messages were either ignored or left on read with no reply.
Substandard Installation & Poor Workmanship
Window & Door Fitting Below Standard – The quality of the installation is far from professional. Handles are uneven, and one window came with the wrong handle entirely.
Serious Issues Left Unnoticed – A builder who was at my home for an unrelated job discovered packing materials hanging out from under two windowsills and four windows that had not been sealed, allowing water and cold air to seep in.
Front Door Draft Issue – The front door has a terrible draft, making our hallway constantly cold. After raising concerns about this, the second installer actually made it worse instead of fixing it.
Ignored for Two Months – Then Harassed for Payment
After chasing the company for two months with no response, one of the original installers finally returned to fix the outstanding issues. However, within 30 seconds of the work being completed, a salesperson was knocking on my door demanding the £50. This was immediately followed by three text messages asking for the payment. While I fully expected to pay for the job, this sudden urgency to collect money—after being ignored for two months—perfectly reflects the unprofessional nature of the company.
Final Verdict
Poor communication & lack of customer care
Unreliable follow-ups & ignored messages
Shoddy workmanship resulting in cold air leaks & drafts
No accountability for poor installation
Harassing behaviour for payment after months of neglect
I strongly advise against using Frontier Windows. They are unprofessional, their work lacks quality, and once they have your money, good luck getting them to fix anything. Save yourself the stress and choose a company that values its customers.

The handles you ordered were on special order and unfortunately went out of stock over the Christmas period. As soon as they became available, we installed them promptly. In the meantime, we fitted temporary handles so you could still use your windows. While we understand that delays can be frustrating, this was due to supplier availability, and we worked to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Your review has been posted months after the installation was completed, during which time the windows and doors have been in use. We would also like to highlight that there is an outstanding balance on your account despite multiple requests for payment. While we are committed to honoring our guarantees and addressing any concerns, we can only proceed once the account has been settled in full.

Got the best quote for my three windows it was well in my budget. So very happy with the price. Awais has given me the quote and his passion for getting the order was just superb. I was in a regular contact with Wick and he kept me updated with the progress of the order. Overall it was a very very good experience.
