I order frequently from FSA and I really like the convenience but this last order I never received it and per customer service, it was delivered on saturday. I don't know where the carrier dropped it off but they normally come to my door or gate to deliver. I was home all day and I never saw fedex come to my door or gate. Maybe I should not order around the holidays. But customer service is working with me and they responded right away to my concern about the order.

I had excess money in my FSA and my brother recommended this site. Amazing! They have items that I use in my every day life that I can use my extra savings money for at the end of the year. So much to choose from also.

I normally receive my package the next day no matter how many items I order and even if I order late in the day. I'm always impressed by how fast they get my items to me!

Fast shipping, just don’t like the fact that it came in multiple shipments.

It was easy! I ordered several great items that helped use my HSA money and benefited our health greatly!

If I could give it ZERO stars I would! One of the items was defective and on Nov 18 they said they would refund my money and I still haven’t gotten anything! I tried calling, emailing and chatting and NO ONE WILL RESPOND!

This is the second time I have purchased from the FSA store. The Depends purchased the first time were perfectly fine. I have opened 2 of 7 bags purchased and nearly half of the items in both bags are coming apart at one of the seams. A definitely bad product.

WORST COMPANY TO ORDER FROM!
My package never arrived. According to the tracking information, it went to IOWA but I live in NY. Package was refused per Fed Ex tracking notes. Customer service told me I would get a call. No one calls me. I call back they then tell me, I refused the package and they don't reship, so I should take a refund. THE TRACKING CLEARLY SHOWS THAT IT NEVER GOT TO MY FRONT DOOR, HOW COULD I REFUSE IT? Not even a customer service effort to call FedEx and find out where the package is. Nothing. I ask for a manager, no one available. No help whatsoever. I regret going with this company.

Some of the bundles are great; everything is overpriced. It's convenient but they outsource to a warehouse facility; items were poorly packed. The bundles I ordered were all mixed up so I had to sort everything; unfortunately, the bundles I purchased were no longer on the website, and I couldn't trace the included items to double check.

I tried to return several items for over 8 weeks, some of which were of very poor quality. I documented chats where I asked and was told a shipping label was coming. The one they sent did not include all the items. After informing them I would be notifying my credit card, I received an email saying there was nothing they could do because more than 30 days had passed. Very persistent, I finally had a supervisor call me and *was* able to work out a resolution. If you need to return something, make sure you receive an email confirming your request!

Great prices, easy ordering, prompt fulfillment and swift delivery. Great all around experience.

The prices on here is way more than the products normal prices. It’s just nice to not have to fight with HSA accounts with receipts

What an awesome service! I got exactly what I ordered every time without a long wait. Because prices are reasonable and making a purchase is so easy and convenient, I will use the FSA Store again and again!
