I have just completed a 6-month stint working as a tutor at FSE and I want to acknowledge the amazing support the company gives to its employees. It was so refreshing and rewarding to work for a company that recognized I was an experienced teacher and trusted me to deliver the results that clients wanted. The administrative side of the company is also very well organized; from scheduling and client allocation, to open lines of communication and payroll.

My son has been struggling with school since moving. His ASD means online tutoring was no help. Full spectrum has provided two different tutors that have been able to manage his refusal to engage & I am even able to sit down with him & get some homework done outside of tutoring time now. Definitely sticking with them long term.

After trying a few cheaper online tutoring services we decided to pay up for something in person. Having John come to us instead of having to go to a tutoring centre or having online sessions meant our son was a lot less disrupted & stays focused. Results so far have been great, we are actually getting noticeable progress & homework isn't being ignored anymore.

My kids were below average performers. They have now been with Full Spectrum for 5 years. My oldest has now finished grade 9 at the top in maths and already does Calculus and university level algebra. Youngest is 3 years ahead. Totally worth it.

Terrible Experience - Avoid Full Spectrum Education

I had an awful experience with Full Spectrum Education and strongly advise others to stay away. The service was scammer, utterly unprofessional, and it felt like a complete scam.
• Unreliable Tutors: The tutor failed to show up multiple times, postponing repeatedly over three weeks, even after confirming attendance.
• Constant Tutor Changes: They kept switching tutors monthly, leaving no continuity in the learning process.
• Unethical Billing Practices: Despite the tutor’s absence, they continued withdrawing funds from my account, which is completely unacceptable. They still owe us more than $900 overdraw and have a refund to us. We will take legal action against this scammer coaching and escalate this to the NSW Consumer Affairs Department.

This service caused us nothing but stress and frustration, turning into a nightmare rather than an educational experience. Full Spectrum Education is low-profile, unprofessional, and utterly hopeless. Avoid this scammer coaching at all costs!

Full Spectrum’s program and process are first class. The initial chat (meeting) put my children at ease and allowed them to feel positive about their future goals. FSEDU matched the perfect tutor with each child, matching personality and educational requirements flawlessly. We’re entering our fourth year with FSEDU and would recommend them to anyone wanting full and comprehensive support for their child as they navigate the stressful years of VCE.

I want to share my deeply disappointing and alarming experience with FSE Tutoring to warn other parents about their unethical practices. As a parent seeking the best for my child’s education, I trusted FSE Tutoring to deliver quality tutoring services, but they completely violated that trust.
Firstly, they stored my credit card details without my authorisation and were planning to used them without my consent. This is a serious breach of privacy and security that no reputable company should ever engage in. I felt not only deceived but also vulnerable, knowing my sensitive information was mishandled in such a careless and unethical manner.
Furthermore, the company misrepresented the qualifications of their tutors. I had explicitly stated that my child’s tutor needed IB certification, a requirement I emphasised as non-negotiable. However, they completely disregarded this and refused to provide any information regarding the qualifications and experience of the selected for my child tutor. This deceit was compounded by the fact that they also ignored my request for no lessons during school holidays, showing a total lack of respect for my instructions as a client.
Adding insult to injury, their services are outrageously expensive, especially considering the lack of transparency and professionalism. Their contracts are unfairly structured, locking parents into agreements that are nearly impossible to exit without incurring hefty fees. The entire experience felt like a calculated scheme to extract money from concerned parents without delivering on their promises.
I urge parents to think twice before engaging with FSE Tutoring. Protect your family from falling victim to their deceptive practices and seek out reputable alternatives where your expectations, privacy, and trust will be respected.
P.S. If there ware negative scores, I would not have given them even 1 star.

If there were any issues they were responded to and fixed immediately

I was honest so strss when I saw the results of my son's Biology test he had C for Biology in grade 11.
So I reached to full Spectrum Education, and Ben gave me advice and said i will give you an educator to help with your son i just went and trust him."
The results of my trust, my son ended up receiving a Biology award and AMPOL BEST ALL AROUND AWARD last night. I couldnt be more proud and thank you again Ben and the team for making this happen for my son.
