Brilliant service from Jason this afternoon. Arrived promptly, cheerful and reassuring. Back on the road in half an hour.

Dreadful driving by one of your vans on southbound M40 yesterday north of Banbury, swerved at high speed into a non existent gap at high speed in front of my car, causing me to take evasive action at 80mph. Total idiot.

I put nearly a full tank of unleaded into my diesel car without realising.
I called just after 7am 29/12/24.
The switchboard safe were great and assured me that they were to help but would be 1 hour and 30 minutes, no bad I was at a garage with a Costa machine.
Jim Cullen called and said how long he would be, he was really helpful and a godsend to see this morning, if you do do the same would highly recommend as I was about to phone the AA and was told they charge double.

Jim came out to recuse me in Stirling last night. I put unleaded fuel in my diesel car after a 12 hour shift, had no idea what to do but one call and he told me not to start the car. Said he’d be there in 30 minutes and he was. Sorted the car, was helpful and kind and not judgmental at all. I have his card. Hopefully I’ll never have to use his services again but if I ever do I’ll definitely be calling him and recommending to anyone who finds themselves in a similar unfortunate predicament. Thanks Jim for saving my engine and helping me get home safely.

I had a bad day, so I was carried away and i filled up my van with fuel instead of diesel.
I called Fuel Doctor for help and I was contacted by Jim for resolution.
Jim is such a friendly person with a word of encouragement assuring me that the van will work even with opening any fuel line.

My wife put petrol in her diesel Nissan Juke and we were left without our family car on the road.
Luckily the RAC sent Fuel Doctor and Mike Martin (South Birmingham Tec.) came to our rescue.
He was polite, professional and kept us informed throughout the process. Great guy, great firm.

Had to call the fuel doctor yesterday, Adrian (Norwich) arrived , he was professional , polite & explained every step. He could not have done anymore. I also had a follow up call from them , most impressed with the service I received, would certainly recommend the fuel doctor

Adrian , the tech from Crawley was superb. He called me within 20 mins of me calling the helpline , gave me an ETA and kept me updated , as he was some way away when tasked. He drained the tank , refilled with the correct fuel and had me running again within 2 hours of me making the call. I cannot fault him or the service. It made a stressful experience a lot more bearable. Price was good - £180 all in , including fresh fuel to get me going. About £100 cheaper than the AA ! Many thanks

Jim Cullen is an absolute legend. He arrived in Edinburgh within an hour of our call, bringing such professionalism and reassurance. My partner was really flustered, but Jim’s calm demeanor made all the difference. He quickly resolved our issue—removing diesel from our petrol car that had broken down on the roadside—with zero fuss. If you see this, Jim, thank you again! You truly saved us a lot of stress. Genuinely a great guy who knows his stuff!

I managed to make the mistake of putting 15 quid of high octane fuel in my diesel mercedes citan. It's fair to say this was very stressful. After being recommended by a local garage I called fuel doctor and had the pleasure of meeting Jim C. He came first thing in the morning and cleaned out the engine removing all the petrol which I mistakenly added. He got the van running in no time at all and can't thank him enough. Would highly recommend Jim

Gary from nuneaton responded to me very foolishly putting diesel in a petrol car, he was very friendly and knowledgeable. He informed me of the process whilst he was doing his work and put me straight at ease. Gary is a credit to your company! Very efficient and did the job superbly. I hope never to have to use the service again lol but would 100% go with fuel doctor again worst case scenario.

I foolishly put diesel in my petrol car. Yesterday I phoned Fuel Doctor at 5.30pm. Within 10 minutes of that call Jim Cullen telephoned to arrange to do the necessary to correct my mistake. My car was in a garage that closed at 6pm so he arranged to deal with it this morning.
Jim phoned me at 11am the following morning to advise job done. I am very relieved and happy my error was corrected so quickly and efficiently. I would recommend him to anyone who makes a fuel error.

Had a so called technician show up I believe was drunk! Strong smell of alcohol. He tried to drain my vehicle after showing up 2 hours late he proceeded to drain and flush the adblue out of my vehicle. He couldn’t get it started so I phoned the rac which came out promptly and told me adblue was still in the system so I’m back to square one! After reading that it can not be sorted after 3 days my vehicle is now in main dealer costing me thousands please don’t use this company!!!!!
