Love the convenience of this delivery box and being able to support local farms. Any time there have been errors or issues with my order (very rare I should add), I was refunded promptly and without question.

When I call, a live person answers the phone. My box is always delivered as promised no matter the weather. Any less-than-perfect produce is cheerfully deducted from my cost. I also like receiving info on each product's farm location and a bit about the veggie itself.

Consistently good produce boxes that are clearly super fresh and tasty. Excellent assortment of choices each week! Very satisfied with Full Circle and customer service is very good on rare occasion I needed to call.

Good vegies, ain't to spendy. Arrive as inteded, eaten and enjoyed

I've only had a couple of issues with product, which is a good thing itself, but whenever I've needed to contact them for any reason I always get a live person and whatever issue I may have is instantly resolved. Always friendly, understanding and willing to help. Also, who doesn't love fresh produce delivered to your door whenever you need it? ;)

Ordering on Thursday, sometimes the sold out produce is disappointing- otherwise I am very happy with the service.

Your prices are just a bit too high. I can purchase many items for up to $3 less here in Alaska. Where one would think you would pay more than you at the grocery. I know you can say ‘just go there then’ but you did ask…

Reviews are easily faked, making them next to worthless. Does that stop companies from asking repeatedly for me to provide them value beyond what I paid for the service/goods? Nope. At 11:38am this is the third one I've gotten today.

Buy market research instead of pressing your customers to work for you.

I'm not your customer. Never have been. You are a 3rd party middle man standing between me as a customer and the business I was asked to review.

You ask *sparingly*?? We have very different ideas of what that means, apparently. Asking one time is insulting. It assumes that I have feedback that I was unable to figure out how to leave. Asking more than once assumes I've got feedback, failed on my own, then will agree to try some more after repeated attempts.

And this is just from one transaction with one business. Every business just does a little. No biggie!

Free market research labor provided by customers is great!

I bought the butter chicken today. I had it before years ago and recall I didn't like it. However, today Big Y Supermarket had it on sale for $1.99 and I decided to give it another try. (Big Y must be discontinuing it as all of the Full Circle items were discounted).
I cooked it in the conventional over per directions. I'm a big fan of white basmati rice. This basmati rice was awful, mushy and tasteless. The chicken was good as was the sauce. I'm going to go right out and buy every one that Big Y has but I am going to toss the rice and just eat the chicken. At $1.99, its a tasty source of protein.

Bought full circle Butter Chicken one bite out of the microwave and they it in the yard. Horrible.

I bought a bag of Full Circle Market frozen blueberries and they are inedible.

I’ve been with Fullcircle for years! It’s made a big difference in our little community that only gets barge service once a month. The quality of the fruit and vegetables are very good especially if you value clean and organic produce.

The web site is easy to navigate making modifying your order easy and quick. We get a weekly service and love that we can skip as many shipments as we want when we travel.

I’ve always had good experiences with getting veggies replaced the next week on the occasion that they arrive bad or overripe. Same for broken eggs.

Some improvements: I would love if they had more variety of affordable meats. As it is now, they have limited selections and they are sooo expensive! And because I live so remotely, I wish there were more grocery items! I’ve also had bad luck with blueberries?! I’ve just placed them on our permanent NO list….

This company is ripping people off. Had a nice young lady come to my door and gave a good pitch.

I ordered a box and got it today. I got 2 navel oranges, 1 red grapefruit, 1 small package of blueberries (some smashed), 1 avocado, 1 small pkg of carrots that were old and some were inedible, a small pkg of tangerines, 2 Pink Lady apples.

The price $41 in a non refrigerated box with no packing. Oh, but wait I got $10 off on my first order.

What a scam. I could buy the same fruit and vegetables locally and better quality for less than 50% of what Full Circle charges.

Supposed to be local produce/fruit. Not from Idaho where I live. The whole thing is a door to door scam. Once I opened the box and saw what I got, I immediately called to cancel any future boxes.

If you don't mind paying ridiculous prices for poor quality fruits and vegetables, then Full Circle is for you. I will never use Full Circle again.

I love the variety of produce offered as well as non-food items!
