I'm happy to support Full Circle. Most of my requests are satisfactory, but sometimes greens are droopy and I get one huge beet (1pound) instead of some smaller ones that would be easier to work with. I will keep my subscription with Full Circle.

I love the convenience of being able to skip a delivery when things happen. I'm in AK and right now we are being hit with some really bad snow storms and the streets are not getting fully plowed before we get hit with another blast of snow. Just nice to skip a delivery to save our driver from so much driving around in this. Thank you!

Produce fresh, delivered on time. Great way to shop for produce, meats and pantry items. Over time the pantry list have expanded. As an older shopper there are weeks where I don't get out and this allow me to get anything I need on-line/delivered. When I had a problem with freshness, they're very good at refunding.

The produce was good and fresh, however, it came a day before I was expecting it, and I thought I was supposed to get an emailed reminder a few days ahead of time so that I could customize the box. As it was, I did not get the reminder to do that so the order was not exactly what I would have chosen if I had had the opportunity to do that.

I really enjoy customizing my box for each order! To include exactly what I need for that week. I can also cancel an order without any penalty if we go on vacation or don’t need any additional veggies for that week.

I called with questions and got real answers. Thank-you

Appreciate FC’s flexibility; it works very well for me to get my delivery on weeks that I want it and cancel when I don’t. I also like the “add on” selections very much. And anytime there’s been a quality issue with a product, you’ve handled it generously.

Great service, drivers are always super nice, and mostly great products; sometimes things are not 100% perfect but most always they usually are!

Love supporting local organic farmers. Great tasting produce. Eggs continued to arrive broken so I stopped ordering. Sometimes leafy produce arrives horribly limp. Some fruit is really small: grapefruit. Great website - easy to use!! Love storage tips and recipes!!

The produce is very good. The only reason it comes in poor shape is because of handling out here to bush Alaska. When that happens, Full Circle always works with me to not charge for anything that wasn't good.

you bring organic f/v to my door. It's one less trip i have to make. i love the service. And, i love supporting organic for me, the farmers, and the environment.

I have almost always received what I ordered and the food is fresh and delicious. When I don't receive everything, it is always credited and the responses are quick and friendly.

Considering the multitool of challenges delivering fresh produce to Alaska, you're rocking it. If there is a problem with any produce, it easy to get a refund.

good customer service when my box didn't show up on time and communication faltered. Customer service rep. cleared things up.

I like the variety of fruit. I like the time allowed to decide on order placement. The potatoes, carrots turnips are a lot smaller than what I'm used to getting in Alaska. Cancelling shipment/order is very confusing. Prices are competitive with local retailer, who usually doesn't have fresh produce in stock.

We like the service, trying new things, and organic food as well as helping local farmers, but the quality of the produce has lessened, with several returns for rotting cantalope, less than fresh mushrooms, spoiling lettuce as if it got frozen in transit. We appreciate that we got a refund, but it is disappointing when we then have to go to the store to replace. I understand that organic doesn't mean pristine, but the freshness is an issue that has us considering cancelling.

My orders come quietly and on time. Great produce.
