Paid for 2 tracksuits 2 months ago, I waited 3 more weeks for them to send me someone else’s order, I then returned it as requested and even now I still haven’t received my order. I’ve asked for my money back, and I’m getting ignored the customer Service is absolutely disgusting.

I got a jersey from Fully Paid and I'm seriously impressed. After washing it a couple times, there is no fading or loose threads. Would certainly purchase from this company again.
What a waste of money
What a waste of money! Looks great until the first wash! Washed as label advises at 30degrees and the colour has ran from the black fabric and onto the white lettering and graphics! Very poor quality and waste of £100 that my son spent using his own money! Do not waste you money on this unless you’re prepared to wear this just ONCE!

I brought my son the black and white tracksuit from this company. When it was time to wash it, from the washing instructions that this company put inside the tracksuit on their label, the black had run into the white writing and on the string of the trousers so now it all looks grey 😡 when I emailed the company to say what has happened they was quick to come back with there is nothing they can do and sent me the washing instructions like I don’t know how to wash. Any normal company would of asked to either send the tracksuit back for inspection or they would of just refunded you back from the pictures I took. So if anyone is thinking of buying this one I would stay clear.

Been wearing Fullypaid for a minute now, and they never miss. Clothes fit perfect and they still hold up after a few washes. Quality is always on point, plus their customer service is solid. Can't go wrong with these.
Scammers
With Fullypaid I had the worst experience ever. They sent a faulty product where the trousers had one leg longer than the other. A lot of emails were sent to them, I’ve tried to call them many times and they never answered. After the 14 days they replied saying that I can’t return the goods anymore because it has been more than 14 days. Don’t order from them, their customer service is terrible and they don’s value their clients, they scam their clients.
They policy doesn't make sense
I bought an grey tracksuit for my brother , the tracksuit came with an anomalie an left heel , Right side is shorter than left side
Fail of costure on the left side , after showing pictures , showing the fail on pictures they don't came back to understand my problem, they just don't care about , they call me directly saying they gonna came back to me on the next day and until now I didn't receive an only call from them.
It's just very sad , I don't understand how they treat costumers like they don't need them.
Even if the date of the return or exchange is 14 days you obviously have to change if have an anomalies with your product , they question me 3 times if I have the tags I said yes and he said e I'll call me next day. I'm waiting since then.
Company error, refused to exchange
I ordered a tracksuit which I waited 2-3 weeks for. When it arrived it looked fine at first look, I had taken the tags off to wear on my birthday, only to realise the hoodie had a stain on it after wearing it and looking closer. The stain would not come out and the customer service was appalling. I had asked for an exchange and the person emailing me did not even acknowledge what I was saying and just brushed me off and continuously repeated the same reply that they will not exchange because of the tags. This company is a joke.
