Prompt, efficient & friendly service
Purchased a battery operated tractor & had a small issue with back motor. Contacted funstuff & they were very prompt in helping me with my issue. They contacted the manufacturer and arranged for the part to be posted direct to me.

Very disappointed with bike barely runs for 20 min not as good as taught would be my child 10 would not suit 13 year old

For faster ride-ons like our Dirt Scrambler, a 20-minute run time on a full 8-hour charge is actually normal, especially when used at higher speeds. The faster the bike goes, the more battery power it consumes, which can cause it to run out quicker.

The batteries were not new
The batteries were not new, they would not hold a charge. Took it to a garage to get checked out and they said those batteries are used.

We opted for 24v series so it has a lot of power for driving around uneven terrain.

After a long Google search and trust pilot search too get rid of scan sites and - 0 star reviews i finally ordered from funstuff.ie. Bought a pink audi car for my niece absolutely fantastic, delivery was free and came within a few days genuinely faster then expected i ordered on a Saturday and was here during the week.
