The go-kart arrived on time, great condition. Easy to put together. The chain broke on one suddenly and a replacement chain was sent out immediately, no questions asked and some tips and video links on how to replace the chain and maintain good chain lifespan. Great customer service.

The pedal cars arrived on time.
They need assembly but, once together, the children were delighted with the final product. Good fun! The essential elements are pretty sturdy and, if the child can be taught to care for things, should last for many years. I had to buy a second one as sibling rivalry raised its head!

At Christmas my daughter got a red drift go kart with 2 x 12v batteries.
On the add it says you get 45mins to 1hr play but for some reason this was not the case,she is 5 and weighs 40kg and gets approx 25 to 30mins max on speed setting 2, this was greatly reduced where I had to contact the company.
Funstuff were quick to respond and sent out 2 spare batteries, but the problem was still not rectified and left us a bit disappointed for Christmas. They then requested to get the go kart to inspect the problem.
Overall the go kart has been great fun, we have john deere gators which lasts hours,bmw gs which last a while but are no comparison to the drift kart, some days we take it out and I stand there watching her for 25 to 30 mins having the best time.
I would highly recommend the kart for any adrenaline kids that love little motors.
Thank you fun stuff for providing a great toy with good customer service.
I would also recommend anyone buying this kart to buy a timers for the charger so you do not over or under charge the batteries.

Had a small issue with a raptor jeep that we bought last year. Got in touch with Fun Stuff and their customer service was excellent. They were able to quickly figure out the issue and sent a replacement part very promptly. Delighted with this service.

I rang regarding a charger that had stopped working for my sons ride on tractor and the lady I spoke to on the phone couldn’t have been more helpful she had a new charger sent to me within a few days. I found the service excellent

Great experience dealing with the staff at Funstuff.ie, we bought a tractor for a Xmas present for our sun, the new Holland 24v electric one. I contacted Funstuff.ie in march as the tractor had stopped working and to my surprise not even a question about sending out parts to fix it, which worked, but we were also giving the option to carry it to their warehouse. Not too often is a company so easy to deal with

I wouldn't normally write reviews but I have been so impressed with this company. I ordered the Audi ride on car, the delivery was so quick, the customer service is exceptional and the car has arrived and its perfect and working well. We purchased a New Holland Tractor. we are very happy with our purchase. We had a slight issue but the staff were very friendly and replied promptly to our queries. We would purchase from fun stuff again.

I just dropped 1 star as I did ask for the picture to be covers on the box..but when it came the picture was not covered

Sher it’s only a great oul service sher the product was az to trow together. There right power in the oul motors the childr have great crack and I push the jeep on goin up grassy inclines but I’d advise keep her on the flat.The motors are well able but no point winging to these lads if she breaks. She not made to go off road. Then again be a bit like a Range Rover with 21inch allides 🙈🙈
