Received the sofa-bed and pouffe yesterday.
The sales service was amazing. They helped me choose a high-quality and attractive fabric that gives both pieces of furniture a coordinated, stylish look.
The delivery was also smooth and handled in a friendly manner.
After my first night on the new sofa bed, I woke up feeling refreshed and full of energy. The mattress is very comfortable, and my usual back pain was barely noticeable. I am delighted with both the product and the service.

Absolutely terrible experience with this company. I purchased a wardrobe, but the side wall of the wardrobe was a completely different size from what I ordered and did not match the other parts of the wardrobe. After raising a complaint and requesting a replacement, the company has refused to properly deal with the issue.
What’s even worse is that they are refusing to collect the incorrect item from my property, leaving me stuck with a product I neither ordered nor can use. Customer service has been unhelpful, dismissive, and impossible to resolve matters with, showing lack of common sense throughout the process. They definitely need retraining and ask to use common sense.
I would strongly advise others to avoid this company if you expect accurate orders or decent after-sales support. Extremely disappointing service from start to finish.

IWitam,zostawiam tę notkę dla właścicieli Furnipolu.W dniu 23.05 o godzinie 9 rano zadzwoniłem na obsługę klienta z uprzejmą prośbą o informacje dotyczące dostawy sofy. Ponieważ tego dnia była piękna, słoneczna pogoda – prawdopodobnie najpiękniejszy dzień w tym roku w UK ,postanowiliśmy z rodziną pojechać nad morze. Zaznaczam, że nie jest to daleko, bo tylko około 50 minut drogi.Poprosiłem o wcześniejszy kontakt telefoniczny lub informację od kierowcy, żebyśmy mogli to odpowiednio zorganizować. Niestety tak prosta prośba spotkała się z bardzo nieprzyjemnym potraktowaniem. Pani z infolinii stwierdziła, że nic się nie da zrobić, mimo że moja żona dzwoniła dzień wcześniej i inna osoba zapewniła nas, że nie ma problemu i kierowca może zadzwonić wcześniej.Ta pani mówiła wyraźnie zflustrowanym głosem (sama chyba nie była zbyt szczęśliwa, że musi być w pracy) i kategorycznie powiedziała, że kierowca może zadzwonić maksymalnie 30 minut wcześniej i że nic więcej się nie da zrobić i ze jesli tej sofy nie odbiore bede mual podwójny koszt przesylki.Zszokowany takim niemiłym podejściem wystawiam negatywną ocenę w feedbacku. Ostatecznie kierowca zadzwonił, jednak negatywne emocje po rozmowie z pracownicą infolinii pozostały.Uważam, że w obecnych czasach ogromnej konkurencji takie traktowanie klienta nie powinno mieć miejsca. Pani ta powinna chyba przejść dodatkowe szkolenie z obsługi klienta.Daję jedną gwiazdkę wyżej wyłącznie ze względu na kierowcę, który okazał się miły i pomocny.Pozdrawiam

We bought a sofa from Furnipol, and it broke after just 2 months of light use — simply sitting on it in the evenings while watching TV. We contacted them because the sofa was still under the one-year warranty, and under consumer rights laws the product clearly was not fit for purpose and was very poorly made.
Their response was that the damage was “mechanical damage” and therefore not covered under warranty. They refused to replace or refund the sofa.
As a “goodwill gesture,” they offered to send a new trunk/frame part, but we would have to wait 7 weeks for it.
They are great to deal with when they want to sell you something, but once there is a problem, they do not honour their warranty or consumer rights obligations.
Avoid this company if you value your money.

I was waiting 3 months for a sofa bed. I contacted them every week they never said any information about the sofa and I had to cancel…very bad customer service
