Ordered clock from Furnish where items listed via Redcandy. Informed listing was an error and unknown eta from supplier! Now waiting for refund. Absolute waste of time.

Im a fair man and offered a reduction in the refund and they came back and offered me £20 for a table that cost me £444.99 - I found that insulting and rude. I have tried to keep things civil however it's time for the legal route

Would definitely recommend this company! I ordered a TV unit which is just as nice if not nicer than it looks on the website, excellent quality and easy to build. It came on time, communication & delivery was also great.

I'd just like to say the fella who delivered my wine cabinet my daughter gave him a 10/10 for delivery.
After I unwrapped it when I got home it is even better looking than advertised I just love it! It is heavy as hell but a delight to look at happy happy happy!

Absolutely one of the best on the internet. Ordered on Friday lunchtime, delivered on next day, Saturday. Unfortunately one of the glass tops faulty, reported immediately and received email response within minutes. Replacement glass organised and delivered on Wednesday. Without doubt a truly terrific customer service. Bought Jual coffee table and lamp table. Great prices, coffee table was over £200 cheaper than a company on television. No hesitation in recommending Simon and his company.

Bought lights from them. It was cheaper than going directly to Mullins the vendor

We purchased 4 expensive wall lights but our electrician could not come for a few months. When he did he pointed out a manufacturing error on the lamp. I emailed furnish and even though outside the return period they contacted the manufacturer and got the replacement parts. To my embarrassment when the electrician came again he pointed out that another lamp had the same problem. Again I contacted furnish and they have once more sourced the parts at no cost even though our original purchase is over 5mts ago. We have renovated our home and will now but all our needs with furnish.

Ordered a beautiful chair many months ago. During the height of the pandemic.
Simon kept me up to date with delivery details and unfortunately delays. ( nothing in the scheme of things!)
Arrived at 9.30 pm on delivery day… above and beyond my expectations. The delivery drivers were so apologetic for delay but so very polite and friendly.

Great service a speedy delivery, even with a few problems they were sorted out promptly with the very helpful staff.

Shocking customer service. Took a month to get our product and when it did arrive, the item was nothing as described. It had paint on it which was not in the description or clear in the images. Even then, it was green paint, not in the image or description.

I emailed for a return and eventually, I had to phone them before anything could be organised for uplift. Then, after more ignored emails and phone calls, I finally got a response after threatening them with section 75.

Alas, their product is still in my house, 2 months later with 0 communication on getting them removed. They are blaming the current economic climate but we both live on the same island...

Shocking company, shocking customer service, shocking product.

Any availability on the website is basically a lie. Furnish are just a middle man, and have no idea about product availability, then just hand off to 3rd party suppliers. It's just rubbish.

Avoid at all costs.

Ordered two bedside tables via Furnish with Gillmore space, communication is made directly with the seller which was excellent, items arrived perfectly packaged and I couldn’t be any happier.

Misleading information on website. I placed an order on 15th October, at which time the website stated delivery within 14 days. A month later I have just been told the items have still not been received in this country, and are now expected in a week’s time, and then delivery will be a few days later. So all in all this will be five to six weeks. Frustratingly, the website now shows a delivery time of three to five days - with deliveries available four days before the items are even due in stock. Very misleading and extremely poor customer service
