I had an amazing experience with furnish.co.uk. I ordered few dinning chairs and didn't realise that only 1 was available. Simon got back to me with options in a very short time . Ended up ordering other model however Simon been very supportive and very quick and helpful . He also offered me a" thank you" refund. More than happy with this company , highly recommended.

Had stock that was unavailable elsewhere. Delivered when they said they would. Desk had a small assembly problem with one of the components. Very apologetic when I phoned up to report this. They got on it pretty sharp and got me a replacement part straight from the manufacturer.

Beautiful mirror arrived in perfect condition.. very response when delivery was delyed! Delighted :)

TV unit arrived quickly, easy to put together. Good communication throughout as I was kept up to date. Looks great in my living room. Intend ordering table to match. Thank you.

Next day delivery (didn't pay for it) and product as described. First I've used them but on the basis of my only experience I would definitely recommend.

I ordered an item from Furnish.co.uk in April. I was told the item could take 3 weeks for delivery, after the 3 weeks I emailed enquiring my order, to then be told it could take up to another 3 weeks. After the 3 weeks I emailed once again to then be told it would be August before my delivery is with me. 4 months after I ordered it!

I then checked google and Funish.co.uk to find they are still advertising the same item as in stock, when they don’t even have them from their supplier.

The timelines of delivery are extremely poor and I had no other option but to cancel my order. I await my refund.

Cannot fault this company, ok, took longer than normal for delivery due to covid but kept updated throughout & was coming from Italy.My husband enjoys DIY so found assembly ok, I would definitely use Furnish again as the items look fabulous & different to "the norm"

The good and the bad all in one, ordered a tv entertainment unit in grey. The order was delivered last week, late because of the coronavirus with packing damage which we informed them about by phone before opening. The instructions are a nightmare with no idents on any item which forced us to phone them for information which was done quickly. overall the assembly went ok but not for someone new to DIY. On the downside, the drawers are awful really weak and only good enough for remotes with no supports which most manufacturers have these days. PLEASE NOTE THE SCREWS FOR THE PLASTIC BRACES FOR THE BACKS OF THE MAIN UNIT AND DRAWERS ARE REALLY TO LONG AND EASY TO DAMAGE THE OUTSIDE WALL IF YOU DRIVE THEM IN TO FAR, PRACTICALLY ON THE DRAWER ASSEMBLY AND KEEP AWAY FROM CORNERS The unit looks great but I personally would have paid extra for soft close drawers and better quality drawer assembly structure. This unit could have been superb with just a few tweaks. Cheap and looks great but lacks quality.

This company does what it says on the tin, although we ordered on New Years Day the item had an attempted delivery on the next working day. Unfortunately we were not informed it was coming so the delivery was not made until after the weekend. The items were well packed and in first class condition, we ordered 2 small tables to match the Jura furniture we already had from another company and we are very pleased with what we received, highly recommended company for speed of delivery, cost and quality.

Goods arrived damaged and they refused to take them back unless I paid £49 for collection.

Nice entertainment unit. Delivered next day.

Bought some furniture then changed my mind and customer service was really good as they replied to my email immediately and refunded

1 star as you cant choose 0. I ordered a tv unit with the option of next day delivery. I, however chose to have it delivered later, 3 days later in fact which gave me time to book a day off work to be home to receive the item. 9 weeks later im still waiting for my item to be delivered! they have used excuse after excuse, they've even blamed the chinese new year for a further 2 week delay, as it wasnt expected! also the 5 items they had in stock just all happened to get damaged in a warehouse accident. I would not recommend orderering from this company due to my issues and experience, from being passed onto the the company who manufacture/import the furniture and not furnish, who appear to heve disappeared

Ordered two chairs on the ..7/11/18 said delivery would be soon... haven't heard a thing. No chairs..no email no update.. had an initial confirmation email.. then haven't heard anything

No response. Luckily paid for this on credit card . I am cancelling the order.. I am not impressed.

Urbino white gloss tv unit.
Overall it looks good however - it took 4 hours to assemble versus the suggested 90 minutes in the instructions. Instructions not the easiest to follow but got there eventually (I'm well versed on flat pack). A few slight marks on the unit, not from the assembly.
I'm not put off using the company again however I expected more for the price.

Chinese cabinet arrived in under 7 days and looks great. Nice delivery driver

Ordered yesterday a computer desk, arrived today like described on time, all perfect and no trouble :)

If it was possible to give no stars I would have done that. I ordered a clock with them 3 weeks ago and still haven’t received it. I contacted them about this but I still haven’t heard back from them. I’m surprised they are still in business. Since the first email confirming my order I have not had a single piece of correspondence from them.
