Had a time slot for between 12.00 and 5.00 goy delivered at 9.45 joke then when I unwrapped the sofas they were so lite I could lift 1 sofa on my own the 2 seater is very small and what they call a 3 seater is actually a 2 seater the foot stool is just a base with and sofa seat cushion on top the whole thing does not look like the picture at all have no choice but to keep now as if you want to return they take a fee off every item so would.t be worth the hassle so much for money back garentee

I choose black sofa but they had send me blue sofa and driver is unaware about it. The sofa looks used cause there is so many dust and dirt. I am not satisfy with the service.

Wow where do I start... OK so I read all reviews all good so I ordered a single bed with mattress.... all OK... get a phone call lovely guy still all OK...... UNTILL due delivery........... we will be with you on this date and DAY.......... I wait in all day times now past 6 so I call my reply was sorry iv just started work I'm at the warehouse getting your bed.... OK lovely what time please?? O around 9.30 ermm ah lil strange but OK 9.45 I call my reply was MY GEARBOX on the van has gone I'm stuck on the road waiting for help!!!!! Ermmm excuse me? Yes I'm waiting now I'll be with you around 11.30 12 midnight!!!! Right OK it's to late now my son is asleep on the sofa this isn't professional AT ALL leave it until morning...? My reply was no no no I'm coming to that area NO LEAVE IT NOW. I call in the morning around 11ish to wake the guy up!! I asked why so many issues? My reply was DO YOU WANT THE BED OR NOT... so told him no !! Wow not sure what's going on there I mean cash only ??? Hmmmm Mr tax man might wana look.xxx

I ordered a mattress in an urgent situation as my springs gave out the night before which lead me to do research about fast shipping mattresses and furnish my crib popped up on my tab. Extremely easy to use giving me full dimensions and features on the bed which saved hassle on doing manual research, giving an option to select my own date of arrival and surprisingly they were able to deliver the next day.
