From order to delivery was 2 weeks they were great reaching out to schedule delivery, delivery team was quick and efficient and the bedroom set is even prettier in person very pleased !

I was doubtful that this company was a real company because the difference in price between what I ordered via this company vs w Ashleys Furniture was 1k cheaper. I ordered a couch which I originally found at Ashleys. I checked online to see if I could find it somewhere else cheaper and thanks to this company I did. I was also doubtful that I would get the same couch or a dupe and that it would get delivered within a reasonable time frame or at all. I've had my couch for 3 months now and I love it. It arrived within 3 weeks- the delivery men put it together and I was a happy customer. I will be ordering from them in the future.
Ps-I would track my order every few days and could not see a delivery date so I called and spoke with someone. A few days later they emailed me saying it would be delivered the next day (MAKE SURE YOU CHECK YOUR EMAIL because you need to confirm delivery)

30 day return policy is a scam. If you order white glove delivery, they take the furniture out of the packaging before you can even inspect, and if it's out of the packaging, you cannot return it. Not to mention, couch was supposed to show in no more than 30 days and took more than 6 weeks to arrive. I would never do business with this company, they don't operate in good faith.

Great Quality, Amazing Price and Excellent Delivery Service.

Never got the $1600 piece of furniture I ordered after a month and a half. They make no effort to help you, lie about attempting to help you, and keep your money. Scam company, will never order from again!

The only issue I had was that it took a long time to be delivered, everything else was good

Please understand delivery when ordering though. Pallets will be left outside, YOU must bring everything into your home and assemble.

Furniture delivery was quick and the drivers was excellent and very patient.

I was skeptical at first because I generally shop at name brand furniture stores, but was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the bar that I ordered as well as the overall experience. Would definitely order again.

The furniture was continually on backorder. When there were two items that were damaged that we need to replacing, We waited months for the replacement pieces, but they would only replace one piece and not both pieces even though they both had the same type of damage and were delivered the same day.

My experience with the FurniturePick team has been excellent in terms of quality, price, and their white-glove delivery service—a must when purchasing large furniture! However, delivery times can sometimes be longer than expected, whether for the initial delivery or replacements, so a bit of patience may be needed with certain items.

I ordered a bar and it was better than expected. Delivery was awesome. The guys set it up and cleaned up all debris before leaving.

We get compliments on the bar all the time.

The furniture piece is great. Very good quality and fits our space great. The delivery was a bit of a mess. The company charged 250$ to ship but that is only curbside for a piece that weighs 400lbs. They did offer white glove for another 350$ dollars for a total of 600$ shipping which was approx 50% cost of the unit itself. That is insane. The first delivery attempt did not go well as they stated they would be there during the delivery window. I called multiple times during the day and they said it would be there. To my surprise when I called the final time they told me that the driver ran out of time and was heading back to the warehouse. That was never communicated to me as a possible scenario. In addition, this is my second home so I had to pay someone in my HOA to wait for the delivery past their normal shift. The company rebooked me for the following week and that was a success. The guys were a little lazy and tightened the bolts half way and I had to secure it. Happy with the piece.

From the moment I saw the bedroom set that I desired. I called the company and spoke with.
A gentleman and I can't remember his name. I apologize for that, but he was very. Helpful polite and insisted me in my questions. The two gentlemen that came and set up my bedroom set were very polite professional courteyes. I feel like I Chose a great company. My dream bedroom.

Great service. Couches are beautiful just like the pictures. I will recommend to anyone and my future purchases.
