I would not recommend buying ANYTHING from this company. This has Ben THE WORST buying experience I have EVER experienced. Just Horrendous! We waited for over a month to receive mixed matched pieces to a dining set. The glass table top does not fit the base, causing table to be off balanced. They sent another base, which has the same issue of not fitting, and table is off balanced. And this is the second base they have sent. They won’t pick up the damaged or wrong base.
I wish I had checked this company out thoroughly before buying because if I had, I wouldn’t accept free furniture from this place.
Run the other way! Fast! Unless you want to end up frustrated as hell

The price was phenomenal and the white glove delivery was great...setting everything up with no issues at all! My only recommendation would be to increase communication between the date of purchase and schedule for delivery...as I felt in limbo for a few weeks before hearing anything. But the final outcome was awesome!

I placed an order back in Nov 2023 and still don't have my furniture, every time I call I get told the expected ship time is a month from now. ie I was told late May in April and I was just told late July (it is mid June today). this has been the WORST experience I've ever had buying furniture!

Ordered a large bar and stools and they look great! I was very impressed at how well the items were packed…. very secure and no possibility of being damaged in shipping. We had shopped around and we saved over $500 buying this bar from FurniturePick!

My purchasing experience was great! I wanted to find a good deal on my living room set, and I did. The delivery guys kept in contact with me for their arrival time too. I would purchase from Furniture Pick again.

The furniture arrived in good condition, and no assembly was required. The only reason I didn't give five stars was the amount of styrofoam used in the packaging.

Overall, I found this company to be cost competitive when compared to the competition, and their communication was on point. They let me know when my furniture order arrived, and when to expect shipment and arrival. Here's the down side...If you order the white glove service, be forewarned that the delivery people are not customer-friendly. I'm not saying they're rude, but in reality these employees are probably best for non-customer-facing roles. They don't make small talk, but rather they are like robots. They will simply ask where the furniture goes and they will whip in and out of your house and be on their way. It was a very awkward experience, but at least I got my furniture delivered undamaged, and the process of buying the furniture was seamless.

The quality of the bar that we purchased was great. It was fairly straight forward to put together and had all necessary parts. My wife and I love it

I found the price for our six piece entertainment center at Furniture Pick was great. The delivery came right on time with no problems. The guys put everything together and put it in place. The piece looks wonderful in our family room and we have had many compliments.
