This company is a fraud. They advertise free returns but when you contact them they first barter with offering small partial refunds if you keep the item, then insist that the customer pay return shipping to dubai if they refuse the partial refund offered. The website claims the clothing items are manufactured in South Carolina, the package has a Los Angeles return address and their warehouse is in Dubai. The quality is no better than temu/schein crap but prices are way higher. Do not waste your time or money on this scammy operation.

This company is a total scam. They advertise free returns within 30 days. What a lie! I contacted customer service for a return and they tell me return shipping is too expensive, will I keep the item ($55 sweater) if they refund me $8. I refused. So they offered $15 then $20. Again I refused and told them I wanted to return for a full refund per their stated policy. Then they tell me I need to pay return shipping to DUBAI. In what universe is that free returns??? Also their website brags about clothing made in their factories in south Carolina, the same factories where designer clothes are allegedly manufactured per their website. Not so much. Quality is also no better than cheap mall brands. Nothing about this company is worth it.

Said would return then wouldn't offered me 20$ and I paid $65. Buy u.s.a.!!!!

I would like to return my purchase. Neither product looks like the product on your website and the quality is very low.
It was very obvious when I opened the package that these were not the quality or the same as you advertise.
I am asking for a full refund upon returning my purchase

Both items fit well. Being in CA the best thing to do is to layer your clothing as the weather can change any given day from mid 30s to mid 70s. Items arrived within a very short amount of time. Quality was good.

Beautiful jacket

Stay away from gabrinl. If I could rate it below zero stars I would. Poor quality, inaccurate pictures of garments. 100% Scam.

Do not buy from this company! Clothing is cheap and does not fit like the pictures. Boxy shirts that look fitted and itchy sweaters. Took over a month to get and won’t let you return anything….unless you want the same s..t clothing. Save your money and buy from a company that has respect for it’s customers.

Shipping took a long time, but customer service was great & sweaters were super cute! Worth the wait!

Nice clothing and fits well

This was my first Gabrinl purchase and I am generally happy with the items. The quality of the jacket and pants I bought is very good. The shirt and dress are nice, but not exactly what I thought I was getting. The shipping is slow and tracking never worked, but that's not a big deal as long as it gets to me, which it did.

What a lovely jacket. It fits beautifully, and I have already gotten compliments. It arrived quickly and without wrinkles. It is a good layering piece - not too bulky or thick. Definitely comfortable with cool temperatures but not for a "cold" day. It's great!

TERRIBLE business they go under several names and don’t let you return anything. They say you have to send back to Dubai and then get 10.00 back after spending 200.00 NEVER again. I have been fighting for months.

The online images of the clothing I ordered, do not match reality. One sweater isn't "oversized" cowl neck, it's tight and turtle necked. Another sweater isn't even a sweater! It's cheaply pieced together waffle knit with swimsuit bodice, with a print of sweater! Not worth the prices. These are false advertising

Love this dress. Longer than expected. Fit was perfect! I wore it and received multiple compliments.

Ordered two items and was charged for them on order date. 8 weeks later I have no items. They say they were shipped and delivered but they were not delivered. After several attempts to have them help locate the package or refund the funds they continue to say they are not responsible for delivery. By far the worst experience of online shopping.

The prices were great. The clothes were a good quality, however the photos did not accurately depict the type of material. I bought a button-up hoodie thinking it would be a thick, warm material but it was lightweight and silky.
