I love my new jacket! Size perfect.

Placed order never received. The USPS tracking number they sent wasn’t real. Reached out to their service email with no response. Believe this is a scam site.

The products arrived as described - good quality and true to fit.

Total scam site. Clothing is poor quality and you can not return to get your money back. They will offer you 1/8 the price of your return (if you get this) and expect for you to provide international shipping for the return. Horrible customer service, product and a complete scam.

The clothing is absolutely brilliant. The customer service was phenomenal. I couldn’t happier!!!

Loved the jacket and grey pullover shirt. The maxi shirt dress is super cute but did not come with the belt, I didn’t see in the details that the belt was not included also it does not fit in the bust area. I followed the size chart I typically wear an honest size eight. I ordered the med and I can’t even get it closed.

Clothes were nice. I did go by size chart. They are a little snug. Also surprised the coat dresses were polyester. Thought they would be cotton.

The jacket fits perfectly and is made with very nice fabric.

Do not order from this company. 1) They only accept returns if the item is damaged. If it doesn't fit, they will only offer you a pittance of what you paid for it and you get to keep the item. They offered me $13 to keep the dress, which I couldn't use because it didn't fit AT All. (Fit through the waist but the waist was too high; a larger size would have been too big and smaller would have been too small.) Dress was way too long. 2) The fabric is printed, so the back side is white, which shows when you walk. Not quality at all. I tried to get $50, but finally settled on a $30 refund but I'm definitely not satisfied and hope this post/review saves someone else the headache of dealing with this scam company. This is not a reputable company, even though the reviews I checked indicated that it was. Really disappointed.

I received my order and discovered that there was an item I did not order and one of my items was missing. I emailed customer support and got a reply a day or so later. After answering a few questions and sending some information to them They were kind enough to offer either a refund for the missing item or to resend it. I opted to have it resent. I have not received it yet but feel it will be the correct item. I appreciate the customer service team taking care of this issue.

Do not purchase from this company. Is an overpriced Temu/Shein. Return policy and customer service is AWFUL. My dress was un-wearble. I mean, I have never seen something stitched together like the flannel dress I purchased.
I was told I can get 11 dollars back or I can donate it...that was literally a suggestion. DO NOT PURCHASE. The pictures are NOTHING like the real life product. Find it cheap on Temu or Shein

Do not buy from this company. Quality is cheap, colors are not as they show and very hard to return and get money back. I tried to return and they said keep it and we will give $18.00 back on over a $100.00 order. Then offered $38 and then $50. Had to contact my credit card company to dispute the charges. Was given the return address that I had to pay shipping and it was to Dubai. Never used this company.

I ordered 2 items from the site and loved one of them. The second item, a sweater, arrived with a snag in the front that could not possibly be hidden when wearing it. This was my first time ordering from the site so I was careful to read about their return policies before ordering. The About Us page indicated that they were a US-based clothing company and the return policy said they offer full refund for damaged items if reported within 30 days. I contacted customer service via email and they did promptly reply, but offered my $10 (I paid $55.99) and told me I didn't need to return the item to them. I told them I expected a full refund because that's what their return policy offered. They responded and offered me $15 but said they could not accept a returned item because their warehouse was located in Dubai so it was not cost effective for them to ship it. I responded that I still expected a full refund since the item was damaged and they offered me $20 and said I would need to ship the item to Dubai myself to receive that amount.
This company is dishonest in how it holds itself out on its site, know that you are taking a risk when ordering from them that you will be stuck with the merchandise even if it is damaged on arrival.

Poor quality and sizing issues. Their return address is in Dubai which will cost more to ship back than the product is worth.

The dress came in a reasonable amount of time and looks just like the picture. Fits well.

Online ads are notorious for making the item look AMAZING compared to what you actually receive. Since the jacket was relatively inexpensive and I intend to modify and embellish it anyway, I decided to give it a try. The jacket came in exactly as pictured, fully lined and well constructed. The material used was not the highest quality, but better than I expected. The only thing to be careful of when ordering: I am 5’6” and 125lbs. I ordered the medium, and the sleeves are about an inch shorter that I would like. I don’t know if the large would have solved the sleeve length or just made the shoulders and body too “boxy.” I’m planning on re-working the sleeves anyway so not a problem for me, but be sure to double check measurements before you order.

everything was great, but if there is some room for improvement: more communication in the delivery process. it took quite a while for the items to be moved to the mail carrier and even then there was no alert that the items had actually shipped. but all in all a great experience.

It's been almost one month (October 19th) since my order. Delivery was supposed to take between 6 and 9 work days. No tracking info and no response but " it's on the way" OR " It hasn't been released from customs" ... BEWARE! I smell B.S. !!! November 22nd update: According to the b.s. tracking info, my package has departed Toronto....since November 12th...Toronto is 5 1/2 hours from where I live. TOTAL SCAM! December 6th update. Tracking says I got the package 3 days ago. Absolute lie! STAY AWAY FROM THAT COMPANY!

The dress is beautiful. I have paired it with a black and a brown belt and both look great with it. The length is perfect.
