I ordered two items and after not receiving the order within one month, I e-mailed the company. I was told that one item was out of stock. I could wait for the second item to arrive, or they could cancel the second item and ship the first item immediately. I chose to cancel the second item and the first did ship very quickly. I love the item, I wish the infrastructure at the company was a little more robust: reach out to me with options if an item is out of stock.

After ordering clothing that took weeks to arrive, the sizes were ridiculously inaccurate. Then the hassle of hunting down Customer Service began and the current resolution instead of a return for a $100+ order is an offer of a $20 refund.

Quick service, excellent merchandise!

The quality of clothing is about a B-/C+ and look nothing like the photos. It is impossible to return items. Instead they offer to compensate you at about 25% of what you paid because, according to their "customer service", they are based out of Dubai and returning would be too expensive. This company is a scam and should be avoided at all cost.

Love the sweaters they are nice quality and fit well. Order arrived within 2 weeks. Looking forward to wearing the one for Christmas!

Although it took a while to receive my items, it was well worth the wait! I am very happy with my purchase!!

I ordered a M, received Small, which surprisingly worked out ok. (5’2, 135#). It fits perfectly. I LOVE the style. I thought the fabric would be different, thicker.

Canadian Buyers Beware - I ordered 3 items from this site, all poor quality and not what I expected. Offered different amounts for refund (not even half of what I paid) and told if I did not accept, I had to ship my order back to Dubai for a full refund. Package came from Kitchener.

I loved the different looks- most of the fashion sold in retail stores looks the same. I do feel that the dresses ran small in the bust, but I'm keeping them because I still have 25 lbs to lose. Shipping took a couple of weeks, so don't order something you need in 2 -3 days. I will shop here again.

I wouldn't even give it one star. The quality of the dress I ordered was horrible. Poorly sewn, uneven hem. I ordered 2 sizes of the same dress and they both didn't fit equally. There was no difference in size/fit.
THEN when I attempted to return it with free shipping which was advertised when I ordered it, I was told "NO, you cannot get free shipping!"
What company has customer service reps talk like that??
I will never shop here again and will pass on my experience to everyone and anyone who is thinking of doing so.

I gave four stars instead of five due to the lack of communication and the time it took from order to delivery. Love the dress though!

Horrible company they won’t accept returns and there email is bogus, keeps coming back as not sent..no such email and no other way to contact them

I bought the gold formal long sleeve maxi dress. Took forever to get here and looks NOTHING like the picture. The bottom of the dress is not flowing and shimmering, it has painted white spots on it! The top is a gold color and the bottom is a mauve brown. I was really looking forward to this, but am so disappointed. Not looking forward to the return process.
