The company is a scam. I am trying to return a defective top I purchased, which by the way was not made in the USA as advertised on their website, and am getting the run around. Was first offered $8 to keep it, the latest offer was $16. What the heck? My order was $61.98. I loved the color and print but the shirt was cut and sewn grossly off-center and I feel like I am getting a shake down.

Horrible. Said they would refund money for an item that wasn’t shipped. They said it was out of stock. They did not. The dress that came was a terrible quality. So I’m out my funds even for a dress they didn’t send. Beware.

No way to return product. Contacted support they are arguing with me over email now for 2 days, will not issue refund and not only, but giving me address in Dubai to return. Also, their return policy page had message that it is private, so can’t be accessed. This is a scam…dint buy. Cancel via your CC.

The dress was way too big and was not at all what I thought. I look like I am wearing something three times my size. I wanted to return the dress. They offered me $8.00's I was in shock as I paid almost $50 for it. I said no so they offered &18.00's. I was fed up and will NEVER buy from an online shop I know nothing about!!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! The product is crap - looks nothing like the advertisement. Less than a low quality product. And they will give you ZERO on a return. Just throw your money in the trash if you plan to buy from GABRINL - it will save you the disappointment in their product

I was so pleased with my purchase. The dress is absolutely beautiful and I wore it to a wedding. It was perfect. Im amazed at the quality; top notch

Purchased three dresses and all fit perfect and were exactly what I expected! Shipping took a little longer than I expected but I didn’t purchase them for a specific event and wasn’t in a hurry.

I am amazed at how lovely these dresses are! I have never bought from a place that I saw on Facebook. I ordered a black and the brown flowy dress, both are a great fit! True to size and not see through so no slip required.

While I was feeling a little nervous at first that my order would arrive, it did indeed make it! I like the dresses I ordered!

Lovely dress just a bit to long

This company sent wrong size. They say you order wrong size and send an xs for an xl apparently because they dont have your size. They tell you not to return, to keep it and pay 16.00 extra for correct size. However, the link they give is not valid. You have an outfit you can't wear and lose the money you spent for it. Don't ever order from this company. They are not a South Carolina company and will rip you off. I wish I had read reviews before ordering and it would have saved me my money.

Delivery took to long, so the dresses didn’t make it on the trip I bought them for.

The shopping was easy. Payment was easy. Shipping took just 2 weeks.
I thought the quality of the fabric was just ok. Thin materials.
The website said the clothes were made un the USA while 2 out of 3 of my garments had Made in China tags on them. That was very disappointing.

Complete order did NOT SHOW UP.
I had to keep my records and 3 month later ask for a refund. The discount total was reflected and I actually paid FULL PRICE for the only ONE that showed up.
Two of the 3 dresses did not show up. I feel that they arw doing a "money grab" to get you to order more for the discount but they don't fullfill the order hoping you would forget about it.

One of two items ordered did not ship but I was given a refund but no explanation as to why it did not ship. The second item took awhile to get here and was garbage. Fabric was paper thin, looked nothing like the picture and had ruffles on the shoulders even though dress was sleeveless that stood straight up in the air. Also sizing was not accurate. I emailed customer service per website instructions, 2 days after receipt of the item, asking for a full refund and shipping label. I got an email back offering me a $7 refund and I could keep the item. $7.00 are you kidding me, I paid $49.47 for the item and why would I want to keep it? I've countered with a demand for a full refund and shipping label. If not received, I will dispute with my credit card company and file a complaint.

The website says you can return items within 30 days and they will send a mailing label, but when I tried to contact customer service because I needed to return 2 items I spent $89 on, I was told they would offer me $20 and I could keep the clothes. The size chart was completely wrong, so I cannot wear any of the pieces, so I asked to return and be refunded. Then they said they would offer me $33 and I would need to pay return shipping. This is a scam!

Great products. I even ordered more.
