The clothes are great! The shipping is another story. It takes three weeks to a month for the items to arrive, plan accordingly..

Gabrini has proven through actions that it does not care about customers, a return was requested and all I received was an offer of a small amount of money back. Even when I responded no, I want to return the dresses and I would like full refund! I offered to return the dresses that did not fit, and pay for shipping them back. They came back with slightly more of a refund but still less than half of what I had paid.
Stay away from this company!

BUYER BEWARE!!! Deceptive marketing and nothing on their website is true. NOT made in the USA. Does NOT ship within 4-5 business days! ZERO Customer Service! NO Refunds! NO Exchanges! Clothes are cheap (some feel like plastic) and fit is very random and not consistent with sizing chart! I ordered 5 dresses on April 24th and did not receive my order until 5 weeks and 3 emails later. Dresses are made in China! The shipping label from NY overlaid a label from China. The website tracker never updated. I ordered based on the sizing chart. All 5 dresses were VERY small on top. Reviewed the 'free return within 30 days' policy; it stated returns only if items were defective. Attempting to exchange for a larger size but the exchange authorization is non-existent. No customer service phone number available and limited response via email. Finally received an email stating I had to pay $30 for shipping. OK! Received a weird Venmo address. NOPE! Then received an email with instructions and a link to pay the shipping fee. The link started with https: and looked legit. I entered my CC payment and a message displayed saying email confirm will be sent. Never happened. All emails (6) sent are responded to with 'no payment recieved'. They want to know where I sent it! You tell me where it went! I've sent CC transaction confirmations proving payment. The CC transaction for the original order AND the shipping fee list the 'Doing Business As' Accessories Shop Newly. I've done everything I've been asked to do and I'm still out $300 and stuck with merchandise that I cannot wear.
NO REFUNDS! NO EXCHANGES! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. NOT MADE IN USA!

I was required to give one star, but preferred zero. I ordered a dress from Gabrinl on May 5, 2025 for an event on May 25. It never arrived and tracking showed that USPS never received it.
I emailed asking for a refund. I was told that it had just shipped (a lie) and they wouldn’t refund. It is now six weeks later and they have my money and I have no product. Tracking shows it is still in transit. They will not refund.
Beware of their no refund policy and lack of customer service. I am contacting my credit card company with all documentation.

Love the dress very comfortable. The quality of both products is amazing.

Beware. I would not recommend this company based on my experience!!! When ordering the product in US - it did not indicate that if you had a return you would have to pay the shipment to Dubai where the package came from. The $69 dress I ordered was super small and I can't use it. The offered me $11, $20 then $25 and I could keep the dress that doesn't fit me. I am used to the Amazon no charge for shipping returns and will double check when ordering outside of Amazon -- where it is coming from and return policy. Very disappointed.

Everything was very user friendly!

I placed an order of one dress and a short sleeve top.
The measurements on the dress were off and I cannot wear it. The dress was extra long. I would need to be 4" taller! The shirt was not in the bag, so I am out $30.00. I have contacted the company via e-mail and they never respond. I have had no communication. I suggest you DO Not use this company. They cannot be trusted.

The products seem to be of good quality. I liked both of the dresses I ordered.
The only complaint I have is lack of communication. No automated updates on status of order or responses to inquiry. Order took almost a month. Which is ok other than by that time I got my order, I figured I had been scammed and nothing was coming. Just a little more communication please.

So pleased with my purchases. Very important to use the measurements in the size charts, everything fit perfectly. My only issue was time frame it took to arrive but I will purchase again.

I can’t get ANYONE to respond. So I guess I just loose $175+ to this dishonest company. How do you sleep at night, shame on you!!!! It’s been weeks since my order confirmed.

It’s a beautiful dress in soft fabrics- two textures, making it an interesting garment.

I bought from them because I thought 3.5 stars on this website was fine but don't buy from them. Here's why:
The patterns are correct and the stitching is good but the material is very cheap. It doesn't hang well. Also the sizes are not standard. I ordered 4 items - all the same size and 2 were too big and 1 is too small. They state on their website they have US warehouses but it came from Asia and when I asked to return it they offered me $22 as compensation for a $196 order so I defiantly won't be buying from them again. Their clothes and website are beautiful but you won't be happy with the product unfortunately.

If I could give NO stars, I would. Do not buy from here. I bought two dresses in two different sizes and styles. The smaller one I wanted to return. Well, returning or reimbursing money is not in their vocabulary! They want me to keep the dress and pay an extra $15 to ship a
Larger size, I didn’t like the dress on me I told them. They said it would cost more to return, so they’ll give me $8 and I can keep the over $50 dress that doesn’t fit and I don’t like at all. I said no, I want my money back, they then offered me $16. What the heck?! Very frustrating! I was under the impression this was shipping from the States, but finding out I was lied to. This is why I like to shop IN PERSON!! Bring back the brick and mortar!!!
