I purchased a Gaggia Brera bean to cup as an upgrade to my Classic which I had for over 20 years

I got a good deal on the new machine and it was delivered two days later on the Friday.

I had an issue with the machine and spoke to the team first thing on Monday and a few days later a new machine arrived, no hassle and no stress....amazing customer services.

So glad I went with Gaggia UK

Honestly, I would not buy anywhere else! The customer service here is top tier! I had problems of a leak with an old machine I bought from them and they helped via video call to diagnose the issue

Recently, I had a bad porterfilter and they sent me out a new one. I don't have the budget for a grand machine but its so nice to see a company taking care of the customers who buy their lower tier products too

I have been a customer of Gaggia Direct for years - the reason I keep being so loyal is not only their great service when you buy, but their amazing after care service - they do everything they can to support you, to minimise your costs - Tony and David who run their service side are magicians, patient, kind and fun. I have learned a lot from them and they ALWAYS do their best to ensure that you don't spend unnecessarily which is so rare these days. Raj, who owns the company, and his daughter run a family business where they care for their customers. I am grateful - love them!!

I had an issue with my Gaggia Cadorna Prestige where the flow of coffee had reduced a lot and I couldn't find anything obviously wrong so I emailed Gaggia and received an email response fairly quickly asking if I'd be happy to jump on a zoom call with a technician.
I jumped on Zoom with them and was put through to technician Danny Tawn. I explained my issue, what I had tried to resolve it by doing, parts I'd checked etc.
Danny was pretty certain he knew what the issue was and so sent over some instructions and guidance on how to do a manual descale and advised further when I got in touch to check if I was on the right path. After sticking with it, I was able to clear the blockage myself and now happy to report I'm enjoying coffees from my Gaggia once again. Brilliant service, many thanks!

I had an issue with my Gaggia Classic coffee machine. It was blocked and water was not running through the head. I assumed the pump was broken and emailed Caffe shop UK. Raj Beadle responded very quickly with advice on what it could be and included a video and advice on what to do. I completed this and it worked a treat. The response could easily have been to send it in at significant cost so I am very grateful for this response. That is great customer service, particularly as the machine is 5 years old.

Raj was extremely timely and helpful with his advice. He immediately identified the issue I was experiencing and provided clear instructions to rectify it.

I cannot speak highly enough of Gaggia Direct. I first contacted them when my wife and I were organising the tea and coffee stall for an annual charity garden party. From the outset, they were incredibly helpful, generous and accommodating.

They supplied machines for the event, which made a real difference and helped us serve a large number of guests successfully. The machines performed brilliantly, and having their support gave us real confidence on the day.

Following the event, I decided to purchase a Gaggia machine myself. The service throughout that process, and the after-sales support since, has been exceptional. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, knowledgeable and professional, and nothing felt like too much trouble.

A particular thank you to Steve and Raj for all their help. It is refreshing to deal with a company that combines excellent products with such genuine customer care. Highly recommended.

This is an absolutely brilliant company for customer service. Our Gaggia grinder started playing up after 2 years. Katie responded to my email with 24 hours and within a few days the faulty grinder had been collected and a replacement delivered. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Firstly the machine. I’ve only owned it for a few days. But it’s a very good bit of kit that produces nice coffee with minimal hassle. In particular the automatic milk frothing solution Gaggia have come up with for this machine beats most of what I’ve seen from the competition. For what it’s worth, it really does look good on the counter too. On the flip side, I can confirm the drip tray is far too small. But I knew that before I bought it so it’s an observation rather than a complaint.

As far as the company is concerned, I’m confident in the level of customer service they provide, should I encounter any problems in the future. I had some minor queries both before and after purchase, and my emails were responded to within a matter of short hours, by the MD no less, including late on a Saturday.

I have just had a great customer service experience with Gaggia. My initial email query about a fault with my very old machine was answered quickly and helpfully, with a suggestion that I should talk to one of their engineers via Zoom. When I followed this up, I got through immediately and was face-to-face with a very knowledgeable and friendly engineer who diagnosed the problem with my machine and helped me put it right. I could not have asked for a better experience, and I am very appreciative.

Our Brera stopped working - on Zoom, Raj was amazingly helpful and talked me through a series of tests to identify the issue and offer solutions. In an age where throwing stuff away seems to be the default response to problems , such positive and expert customer service is a very refreshing experience. Thank ou Gaggia UK!

This company provides excellent customer service. Our Gaggia coffee machine was leaking, so Raj, who seems to be the owner of the company, asked if I would mind showing him the problem in a Zoom call. The call took place 2 minutes later, he immediately identified the problem and sent us a new filter holder free of charge even though the machine is no longer under warranty. In times of AI it is refreshing and reassuring to receive such fantastic customer care from a real person. If I could give 6 stars I would! Highly recommended!

Had an issue with my machine and expected the worst. Had a zoom call and a solution was proposed.....I was doubtful, but I was also wrong. The proposed fix worked like a dream, and happy to say my machine is now working again like new.

After initially seeking and receiving a helpful outcome with my 7-year-old machine no longer working but then not responding to an intensive descaling process suggested by a Gaggia technician, I came back for further help. It turned out the pump needed replacing and the extraordinary guidance provided to help my husband fit the new pump was next-level.... Result: one fully functioning coffee machine and one very happy wife! Top service!

Excellent help over the phone
Our Gaggia Anima Deluxe is now 5 years old
It's used every day and always descaled when the message comes up.
It has been back for repair once, in 2023
Recently coffee was only coming out of one nozzle.
Dave answered the phone, talked me through some ideas and it's now working perfectly again.
He also gave me some great advice on products to keep the machine in top condition which I have now bought.
Great service and priceless to have real people in the UK.
This is our second Gaggia bean to cup coffee machine and I will always buy Gaggia.

An amazing company to deal with. So impressed with Raj and the service he offered. Very professional

First the good stuff ... I ordered a Anima Barista Plus Bean to Cup Coffee Machine from the Gaggia outlet - damaged box and a decent discount. It arrived the next day in prefect order. Now the bad: others have spoken of the build quality of this machine but I was horrified by the water tank. This has to be removed every time you make coffee to refill with fresh water yet it is made so cheaply that the handle is too weak to support the weight of the tank - and the tank itself is unbelievably flimsy. Plus there is no lid on the tank - what were they thinking! It is wide and shallow - you cannot move the machine without it spilling everywhere if it is anywhere near full - and it feels so tacky to not have a lid (there is an access lid, but the tank itself does not have one).
Then there is the steamer - it feels like it could come off in your hands it's so spindly. You turn on the steamer with one button - but have to use another button to turn it off - stupid. The steam takes its time to arrive, then, when it does, it comes out suddenly and so violently you have to wait with the spout in the jug or liquid sprays everywhere - so badly designed.
And, to be honest, I am underwhelmed by the espresso - it's not a patch on the old Sage manual machine I had bought this to replace. I daresay I might be able to tweak it eventually to satisfy my needs - but I am not sure it's worth the effort.

Absolute customer support, an example of how it should be done , from initial contact to receipt of warranty repair was superb .
I would not hesitate to recommend this Co to anyone in the market for coffee machines .
